Mark A. Finser is a pioneer in the field of social finance. As CEO of RSF Social Finance, Mark grew the organization from a start-up to a respected leader in the social finance sector, with assets of over $120 million. RSF has long been known as an innovator in the use of debt and philanthropy to support social enterprises focused on sustainability, and has deployed over $130 million of loans to mission-aligned for-profit and non-profit social enterprises. He now serves as the organization's Board Chair. Mark has developed an expansive network within the field of social finance, and serves on the Board of Investors Circle, the nation's largest socially responsible angel investor network. He is also a Founder and Board Member of New Resource Bank, a green, community bank based in San Francisco. Mr. Finser was appointed Chairman of the Board of New Resource Bank at the end of 2008. Additionally, Mark served on the Board of B Corp, an organization dedicated to advocating on behalf of socially responsible companies.
