We have chosen to concentrate on companies in the high-technology industry to capitalize on the expertise of our staff. The opportunity for these types of companies to grow and succeed in the connected world is greater than ever and the high technology market has created the opportunity for us to strategically invest in their future. Our investments are for financial returns, but we understand it takes time to build your company's foundation and grow into a successful organization.
Our target opportunity is considered the investment of seed capital in "early-stage" companies. By concentrating on this market, we are afforded the opportunity to see very early-stage technologies and services that will be the next evolution of mainstream technologies. The complement of our team provides our portfolio companies with human assets that add significant value beyond the traditional funding model.
