Rockbrook Advisors ("Rockbrook") is a private equity firm focused on investing in companies in the insurance industry. The members of Rockbrook’s team have experience in the Property & Casualty insurance sector and have the ability to leverage this experience in providing assistance to businesses in which they invest.
Rockbrook will consider investments in insurance related businesses that have established market positions, superior financial track records, and attractive future financial prospects. Rockbrook looks for companies with successful management teams that have demonstrated their ability to manage a profitable operation, but may also review opportunities to provide the initial capital to support an experienced management team in the creation of a new business.

Kristina Castle joined the Rockbrook Advisors team in April 2007. Prior to joining Rockbrook Advisors, Kris had been with Aspen Holdings/FirstComp Insurance for the past 10 years. She was most recently Assistant Treasurer and Director of Finance for the company. During her tenure with Aspen, Kris’ corporate development responsibilities included evaluating several acquisition opportunities for the company as well as organizing, forming and capitalizing Banyan Re, LLC, an offshore captive reinsurer.
Kris graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Master in Business Administration degree in 2002 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1999.

Insurent Insurent offers a residential lease insurance product to landlords to protect against loss due to non-payment of rent by tenants in large cities. A tenant can purchase the residential lease insurance product which guarantees all rent obligations under the lease in lieu of posting a larger cash deposit with the landlord or securing a co-signor for the lease. Tenants must meet minimum financial standards (income to rent multiple and FICO score) in order to be eligible for the Insurent residential lease guarantee program. |
