Dave joined Battery in 1995 and focuses on software investments. His current board seats are BladeLogic, ChemConnect, Dirig, Excelergy, Made2Manage Systems, MCA Solutions, and Spring Street Networks. In addition, his prior investments include Eggrock Partners (acquired by Breakaway), Altra Energy Technologies (acquired by Caminus), and Vastera (NASDAQ: VAST). Prior to joining Battery, Dave was with Cambridge Associates, a financial consulting firm, where he was responsible for tracking the venture capital industry and evaluating venture capital firms. Dave graduated from Dartmouth College with honors in Engineering.
