Frank R. Maresca, Jr., Currently is the President of Saratoga Equity and World Medical both firms specializing in Technology and Life Sciences. Mr. Maresca companies serve dozens of clients globally. In the course of his career, Mr. Maresca has successfully taken companies public, effectively led several mergers and acquisitions and raised funds for public and private ventures poised for rapid expansion. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Micro Algae Corporation a Chilean based Pharmaceutical Company. Mr. Maresca also serves on the Board of Arcimboldo, a Swedish based Pharmaceutical company, Arcimboldo AB is a Swedish Biotech company located in Stockholm and dedicated to the research and development of krill enzymes (Krillase®) for pharmaceuticals (wound healing, virology) and OTC (dental plaque products). Mobile-XS, an international company which provides highly cost-effective solutions based on wireless data and internet technologies and Lab Mentors which provides guided on-line labs for web-based training. Mr. Maresca was the Vice President of Strategic Acquisitions and than CEO of Dstage.com a reverse incubator from December 1999 until January 31, 2003. Mr. Maresca also served as the CFO of Longport Inc., a medical technology company specializing in high resolution ultrasound imaging. From 1995 to 1997 he served as a Trader for D. Weckstein & Co. an Institutional Investment Banking firm. Prior to that Mr Maresca was the CEO of BMV Financial, he oversaw the operations of Yee, Desmond, Schroeder and Allen, Inc west coast (OSJ) office of supervisory jurisdiction, directing and supporting all brokerage activity and operations.
