North Sea Ventures is a private investment and management firm, owned by Sea Holdings, Ltd., whose focus is fragmented industries. Our goal is to combine many small to midsize companies to create one large company with economies of scale. We do not look to replace management, but do look for management with the background and desirer to grow their current business working within a corporate structure. We look for opportunities to acquire independent or family-owned companies. We will consider difficult situations, as well as strong-performing companies. We have the resources and experience with both private and public financings. We operate quickly and favor special,and challenging situations. Types of industries include construction, sports, resorts, gaming, leisure, real estate, software, engineering services, entertainment, and other industries suitable as new platforms. Typical investment size is up to $2 million, or larger under special circumstances.
