Middlebury Equity Partners is selective in its investment consideration and seeks to work with well managed companies in industries understood by the Fund’s management. Typically the Fund invests in later and expansion stage companies, however, the Fund will consider early stage companies which are spin-off opportunities or new ventures established by management with significant prior industry experience.
Investment Size: $500,000 to $3,000,000.
Geographic Coverage: The Fund’s management seeks to primarily invest its capital throughout the east cost with a focus on New England and New York. The Fund also considers investments throughout the nation for special investment situations.
