Expansion Stage: We define expansion stage as $2-20 million in revenues, able to scale to over $50 million in revenues, and ideally at, or close to achieving, profitability.
Risk Management: Risk management is at the core of our firm’s activities. We seek to manage risk for our investors by offering:
• portfolio diversification away from IT and life sciences;
• expansion stage investments, which have historically performed better on a risk-adjusted basis; and
• active entrepreneurial engagement with each portfolio company.
