Steve Brotman is a Managing Director of SAVP. Prior to founding SAVP in 1998, Mr. Brotman was the founder, CEO and Chairman of AdOne Classified Network, the nation's leading classified ad web site. AdOne has since merged as an equal partner with PowerAdz, and renamed PowerOne Media. While at SAVP, Steve was a finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2000, named in Crain's 2001 Tech 100. While at AdOne in 1997, he was selected for Crain's Top 25 Players Shaping Silicon Alley and the 1995 Top 40 under 40 among New York businessmen. Steve received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Duke University and a joint JD/MBA degree with honors from Washington University. In between degrees, he worked for Andersen Consulting as an associate doing systems design and integration and enhanced workflow and productivity projects. Steve currently serves on the boards of Critical Mention, Cosential, Game Trust (Observer), and Knovel (Observer) and has previously served on the boards of Medidata (Observer), DataSynapse (Observer), 7thOnline and Bla-bla (acquired by UGO in 2001). In addition, Steve has served on the board of the MIT Enterprise Forum and as a mentor and judge for the Columbia Business School Lang and Greenhouse Funds.

Elad Yoran is the CEO and founder of Security Growth Partners, a private equity fund focused on investments in homeland security solutions. Prior to founding SGP, Mr. Yoran co-founded, managed, and led Riptech, Inc. (Riptech), a leading managed security services provider. Ernst & Young recognized Mr. Yoran for his success with the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award in 2001. Symantec Corporation (NASDAQ: "SYMC") acquired Riptech for $145 million in 2002, ranking in the top 2% in transaction value of all technology merger and acquisition transactions of that year. From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Yoran served as Vice President, Global Business Development at Symantec. Prior to Riptech, Mr. Yoran served as Vice President at Broadview International, an investment bank that focuses on mergers and acquisitions in the technology industry. Mr. Yoran is a MBA graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a BS with honors from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

As a board member, Chris provides strategic, financial, sales and marketing expertise. His background as a general manager in several emerging technology companies brings a practical perspective to board meetings.
Chris is an active member in many venture industry networking organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region. He is a frequent speaker at entrepreneurial events, technology conferences and financing seminars.
Background
Chris joined Edison in 2002. Chris has led 12 new investments and currently serves on 7 boards of Edison portfolio companies. In 2004, Chris was named by NJBIZ to the "40 under 40" list.
Prior to joining Edison, Chris served as Princeton eCom's EVP of the Electronic Billing Division. As CFO he led the business development, finance and accounting departments.
Earlier in his career, Chris was a founding executive for two magazine start-ups and internet businesses. Chris spent four years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the entrepreneurial services group.
Chris is a certified public accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of CPA's.

Rich Erickson is a General Partner at Updata Partners. He joined Updata in 2004, bringing over 20 years of experience in public and private application development and systems integration companies. Prior to Updata, as President and CEO of AlphaNet Solutions Inc., Mr. Erickson drove the restructuring and sale of the publicly-held IT outsourcing company to CIBER. Earlier, he led a similar effort at iXL, an Internet application consulting firm, in its public-to-public company merger with Scient. From 1987 until 1997, as one of two principals of Digital Network Associates (DNA), a private network and systems integrator, he guided the growth of the company through its ultimate sale United States Office Products (USOP). Mr. Erickson began his career at Excelan, one of the TCP/IP Internet network pioneers.

Maria is the President and CEO at the New York City Investment Fund and also serves as President of the Fund's Civic Capital Corporation, which manages the Fund's charitable investments. Prior to joining the Fund in 1999, Maria was a Managing Director at BT Wolfensohn (now part of Deutsche Bank), providing strategic and financial advice related to mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and the development of business strategies. Before starting with Wolfensohn, Maria worked at LaSalle Partners in the New York area and for Merrill Lynch Capital Markets in New York and London. Maria has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Wellesley College.

Edwin Goodman

Mr. Goodman co-founded Milestone Venture Partners in 1999, as he was energized by the opportunities he saw being created by the Internet in the New York metropolitan area. He currently sits on the board of Medidata Solutions, Inc., SkillSurvey, Inc., and supervises MVP II’s investment in RichFX, Ltd. Prior to founding Milestone, Mr. Goodman was with the U.S. office of Hambros, a London-based merchant bank. He joined the firm in 1981 and supervised the growth of the business from $5 million of paid-in-capital to $150 million. Prior to Hambros, Mr. Goodman worked at Patricof & Co. (now Apax Partners), which he joined in 1974 as its third employee. During his seven years with the organization, he participated in all aspects of the business. The most prominent of its investments was a $250,000 commitment to the final private financing round raised by Apple Computer in the summer of 1977. From 1970 through 1973, Mr. Goodman managed WBAI FM, an educationally licensed, listener-sponsored FM radio station in NYC. Before managing WBAI, Mr. Goodman joined the Bedford Stuyvesant Development & Services Corporation in Brooklyn, NY in 1967 and became its co-chief executive. The group made SBA-guaranteed loans to dozens of small businesses to encourage entrepreneurship and job creation.

Mr. Hickey is an Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Aegis NY Venture Fund, LP. Mr. Hickey is also a member of the Investment Review Committee of Aegis Texas Venture Fund, LP, and a member of the Investment Advisory Committee of Aegis NY Venture Fund, LP. Prior to co-founding Aegis Capital Group in 2003, Mr. Hickey was an investment banker with the Insurance and Asset Management division of Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. where he worked on significant capital raising transactions, corporate development projects and mergers and acquisitions, including, the $16.1 billion merger of The St. Paul Companies, Inc. and Travelers Property Casualty Corp., the $1.3 billion initial public offering for Eaton Vance Tax-Advantage Dividend Income Fund and other significant transactions. Mr. Hickey graduated with distinction receiving a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in Montreal , Canada with a major in Finance and Concentration in Accounting. He was on the Principal's Student-Athlete Academic Honour Roll where he played for the McGill Rugby team, was granted membership in the Golden Key International Honour Society and was on the Dean's Honour List for having a grade point average in the top 10% of the Management faculty.

Maneesh is a Director of investments at Connecticut Innovations and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, investing in and managing portfolio companies, primarily in the information technology sector.
Connecticut Innovations was an investor in a Shelton-based software company that Maneesh co-founded and was instrumental in growing, NeuVis (acquired by IBM Rational). He has over fifteen years of hands-on operational experience with technology start-ups including DataEase (acquired by Symantec) and Vendavo. Maneesh has worked with Fortune 500 companies as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. He has held positions in corporate and business development, enterprise sales, product marketing and executive management.
Maneesh graduated magna cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University with a BA in economics management and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is actively involved with, and is a speaker for, events hosted by the Connecticut Venture Group (CVG), The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE) TriState, Yale Entrepreneurial Society (YES), Connecticut Technology Council (CTC) and Columbia Business School.

Danny has worked closely with private early-stage and mature public companies in the communications, media and technology industries for over two decades. He has been active investing in and helping guide several successful entrepreneurial start-ups prior to co-founding Atlantic Venture Partners, the predecessor to DFJ Gotham Ventures.
Danny focuses on investments in financial services, digital media, network infrastructure and mobile technologies. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Pivot Solutions (IM for Wall Street) and Magnolia Broadband (RF smart antenna chipsets) and is a board observer with NanoOpto (nano-scale optical components) and ViVOtech (contactless hardware and software solutions).
Danny led Gotham's successful investment in XOsoft (disaster recovery software) sold to CA in 2006 and was a member of the Board of Massive (in-video game advertising) helping to steer it to a successful acquisition by Microsoft also in 2006. Additionally, he sat on the board of Pantero (data integration middleware) guiding it through its sale to Progress Software and is a board member of SMART System Technologies (contactless payment and CRM platform).
Danny is a member of the High Tech Evaluation Committee of the Yissum Fund, a seed fund affiliated with the technology transfer unit of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem - Yissum . He is a frequent speaker at entrepreneurial and technology-related conferences and has guest-lectured at both Columbia University's Engineering and Business schools. He is a member of the board of the Venture Industry Association of New York and is a member of the Israel Venture Association. Prior to co-founding DFJ Gotham, Danny was a senior banker with Lehman Brothers in the Equity Capital Markets groups in both New York and London focused on technology and emerging growth companies based in the US and Israel.

Charles Scott

Charles Scott manages the vertical markets strategy for the Software and Solutions Group in Intel Capital, Intel Corporation's venture investment arm. Based in New York, he evaluates a broad range of deals in the enterprise segment, including financial technology software.
In his ten years at Intel, Charles has held a variety of management positions, including running international business development and marketing in the Enterprise Products Group, serving as chief of staff to the General Manager of Intel's Mobile Products Group, and managing Intel's worldwide strategic engagement with General Electric and NASDAQ. Prior to joining Intel, Charles worked in New York City at the U.S. Council for International Business, where he lobbied international governmental organizations on behalf of U.S. high tech companies.
Charles has an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a Masters degree from the Fletcher School at Tufts and Harvard Universities. He speaks German and Japanese.

Divya Gugnani, a Vice President, joined Pequot Ventures in 2006, where she focuses on information technology investments. Previously, Ms. Gugnani was at Millennium Technology Ventures, where she made secondary direct investments in information technology and software companies.
Prior to Millennium, Divya was an associate at iFormation Group, a joint venture between The Boston Consulting Group, General Atlantic Partners, and Goldman Sachs. iFormation Group partnered with leading Global 2000 enterprises to acquire, develop, and build new businesses. At iFormation, she worked on several financings for site59, a web-based travel site, and the eventual sale of the business to Travelocity. Divya also engaged in the operational build of ipValue, an intellectual property commercialization firm, and provided the management team with ongoing strategic, financial, and recruiting guidance.
Prior to joining iFormation Group, Divya was an associate at Investcorp International, a premier source of private equity capital for companies in North America and Europe. At Investcorp, she executed leveraged transactions across a wide array of industries. Divya was also responsible for equity and debt transactions for CSK Auto, a specialty retailer of automotive aftermarket parts and accessories. Divya began her professional career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs, where she focused on mergers & acquisitions in both the High Technology and Real Estate industry groups.
Divya received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University. She also holds a degree from the French Culinary Institute.
Divya serves on the Board of Directors of Superior Access Insurance Services and Swingtide.

Jerome joined TCV in early 2007 and focuses on investments in the financial technology and business services/software sectors. Prior to TCV Jerome was with BlackRock Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity fund affiliated with BlackRock (NYSE: BLK). He joined BlackRock from Spectrum Equity Investors, a $4.2 billion private equity firm focused on growth and buy-out deals in the communications, media and information technology industries. At Spectrum, Jerome concentrated on opportunities in the information services, financial technology, and software sectors. Before Spectrum he was an analyst in JPMorgan's Technology, Media and Telecom investment banking group in New York City where he worked with public and private companies in the IT Services, Communications and Transaction Processing industries.
Jerome received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania with a dual concentration in Operations Management and Marketing.
