ONLINE VENTURE EXCHANGE LISTINGS:
How do I sign up (as an entrepreneur)?
Go to www.FundingPost.com. Click Entrepreneur, then click Sign Up.
(There is also an Entrepreneur link on the top of the left navigation.)
How long is the online listing for?
3 months, then monthly after that.
How much is it?
$100 for the first 3 months, then $30 per month after that for as long as you wish to use the service. However, if you list for 6 months when you sign up, we give you $50 off the second 3 months (6 mo. cost $150). There are no hidden fees.
How does it work?
Basically, you sign up, list your company profile (description, business model, market size, etc.) with your contact information.
Investors then log in and view the company summaries. They can then contact you directly through the system.
Who can see my company profile on FundingPost?
Only Venture Capital Firms and Accredited Angel Investors. We do Not allow Brokers, Investment banks, Service Providers, or even other entrepreneurs to read the company summaries. Our Investor Section is for Real Investors only.
What is a Feature Listing?
You may choose to have your company featured for 1 month on the Investor Welcome page and a summary of your profile e-mailed to the 7,500+ Investors in our network. The average Featured company has over 5x the number of investors reading their profile. There is an additional cost of $300 to be a featured company on FundingPost.
Do you take stock?
No – we don’t take stock or a percentage of anything you raise through our network. We are not a Broker-Dealer. We only charge the listing fees.
How many listings are up there at one time?
About 1000-1600 are active at any given time. Investors can search via several criteria (industry, stage, location, keyword, geographic preference, etc.) so your company won't get lost in the shuffle.
How many Investors do you have?
Over 7,500 and new Investors sign up all the time. We currently represent over $103.97 Billion in angel and venture capital.
What else do I get?
As a member you get access to tons of free content. This includes videos of our venture events, investor conference call audio, books, investor interviews, guides to setting up business materials, and information on Venture Capitalists and Angel Investors and exactly how to reach them! Typically you will get a few hundred dollars worth of content every month for your $30 membership fee.
I am an Investor - How do I view the deals?
Qualified Investors can sign up here. Not everyone who signs up gets an account. We screen these very carefully! Only accredited investors get an account.
Do investors use this service?
Yes. We get anywhere from 30-50 introductions going through our system every month from Investors to Entrepreneurs.
How long has FundingPost been around?
We have been connecting companies and Investors for Over 8 1/2 years! We are the Biggest and the Oldest Venture exchange on the net. We set up our service to be straight forward and easy to use. From the feedback we get, it seems to be working!
Has anybody been Funded?
Yes!! FundingPost is directly responsible for Millions and Millions of dollars in Capital Raised! Read some Success Stories here. But we don’t really gauge that – we gauge only Investor Introductions – we are not a Broker-Dealer, we only make the introductions. Negotiating & closing the deal is up to you, we have no part in it.
How can I cancel the service?
If you are no longer interested in being a member, you may cancel at any time. The best ways to cancel are either calling us toll free at 800-461-5509, or you can log into your account and Cancel the service through the Manage Account section.

Our national event schedule is posted here. We currently do events in NY, PA, FL, DC, MA, WA, TX, NC, VA, MD & CA. More states are coming soon!
Our events always sell out at least a week early, so if you want to attend one, be sure to sign up ASAP.
How can I pay for an event?
After you sign up on the Website, you may pay securely online with a credit card, or you may send a check payable to:

Who normally attends these events?
Venture Capitalists, Angel Investors, Entrepreneurs, Press, Analysts, and Service Providers.
What are your events like?
Each event is different, some are general networking events over breakfast, some are larger shows at a cocktail party. We also have workshops which are smaller classroom-type events. At all of our events, you get a chance to learn from and network with Investors.
Are you going to mail me a ticket?
No. Thats so 1990's. If you purchased a ticket for an event, you check in at the door the day of the event. Bring Photo ID. We'll have you on our list.
What should I wear?
Business attire - Dress to Impress. Suit and tie for men, formal business-wear for ladies.
What should I bring to hand out?
Bring Business cards! Entrepreneurs may also want to bring a few executive summaries to hand out. No need to bring full business plans.
As a bonus, FundingPost hands out entrepreneur quarter-page summaries to all attending investors (just in case you don't get a chance to meet every one).
What if I missed an event?

How many people can I bring with me under my ticket?
Just ONE person per ticket. One ticket does NOT cover your entire company. Unfortunately our event space is limited and we need to keep an accurate count of how many people will be attending. If a second person wishes to attend, a second ticket must be purchased.
What is the Refund Policy?
Up to 14 days before the event, FundingPost will issue a refund for the ticket price paid. Up to 5 days before the event a 50% refund will be granted. No refunds will be made available after this date. A substitute attendee may be sent. There are No Refunds or Credits for No-Shows.
Do you have PowerPoint Pitching spots available?

When do your magazines go to print?
Approximately every Quarter – so they go to print on March 31, June 30, Sept 30, and Dec 31. These are NOT fixed dates and usually change slightly each quarter.
How much is it to list?
It's $125 for a ¼ page – that includes a description of your company and full contact information – name/email/phone/url.
A full-page executive summary with your logo is $400.

Who does the magazine get mailed to?
Over 400 Venture Capitalists and Angels nationwide, in addition to the copies that we hand out directly to investors at our events.
Can I get a copy of the book if I sign up?
No – due to the confidential information, it goes only to investors, but we can send you a screenshot of your listing.
