Philadelphia Investor Roundtable: What is the state of the state of early stage investment in Philadelphia. With Changes in the Mayor's administration, new developments in startup infrastructure, how do we fund our startups and what startups needs to know to get funded. We will focus on PHL and what it takes to get PHL companies to get noticed by PHL Investors and why PHL investors invest or pass.

Are you interested in meeting early-stage accredited investors in Philadelphia? Then register for the FundingPost Investor RoundTable on Thursday, January 14th, 2016 at 5:30pm. FundingPost has hosted 350+ sold-out venture events in 23 cities over the past 15 years.

Our Philly Investor Roundtable is limited to just 40 attendees and it Will Sell Out! Everyone will get a chance to introduce themselves to the investor panel. The panel of investors will focus on what is the Series A gap and how can you get from Bootstrapping to Friends/Fools/ Family to Angel to Seed Round to Series A.

The PHL startup and tech ecosystem is seeing a burgeoning renaissance. Entrepreneurship and startups are booming in PHL, but what's going on with Investors and Venture Capitalists? What drives their activity and actions? Is it in sync with entrepreneurs and startups? What is going on in the PHL ecosystem?

We will be discussing trends investors are seeing and what they are looking for in a PHL area company, what you can do to get their attention, and, of course, the best ways to reach these and other investors.

In this event this January we are also focusing on reviewing 2015 from Investors and VCs perspective and the infrastructure providers supporting investment. Our panel will discuss their thoughts on 2015 and how we can make 2016 in PHL and our region even better for entrepreneurs' and startups' participation overall...how do even further increase discovery and matchmaking? How do we further demystify the startup process, investing and technology....

Our evening starts at 5:30pm with drinks and heavy appetizers giving everyone a chance to meet and network. Our program begins at 6:15pm with introductions of the panelists and an around the room introduction for everyone. The panel begins at 6:30pm and the program will run to 8pm with more networking around drinks after. Funding Post PHL events are designed to build relationships between investors, entrepreneurs and startups...you;re not here to pitch, but to expand your network, build relationships and learn more about how the VC investment process works...to give you the unfair advantage!
