Ready to raise your first round of venture capital? The Series A Venture Conference is the place to make it happen. This is not for prototypes or companies raising just 100K in angel capital. All companies must be raising a venture round.

This full-day conference will focus specifically on what Venture Capitalists are looking for, when they like to invest, what metrics you should have prior to raising capital, the types of terms they generally put in front of a company, how it affects your current and earlier-stage investors, what milestones you are expected to achieve with that capital, and more.

The Series A round is currently considered difficult to raise. Lots of companies that previously raised angel capital, with limited sources of Series A investors for the next step. If you are serious about raising a series A and taking your company to the next level, come meet, learn from and network with VCs who actively invest in Series A companies.

As with all of our conferences, there will be delicious meals, exhibitor spots, top-shelf cocktails and plenty of networking time with the Investors that day.

We have a few exhibitor spaces available as well at $1000, which includes 2 tickets and a 3 minute introduction pitch to the room.
