Investors see so many potential deals come across their desk, but only invest in a few each year. Why? How do you get on that short list that gets a check? You need to have your ducks in a row and have them look their best, or you will get quickly passed over. I've been getting tons of requests over the past few months for me to review peoples executive summaries, powerpoints & pitches - With good reason too! I've seen so many that need tons of work! We are putting together a big year end virtual event to help you look your best to investors in 2015.

We ran this 2 years ago and it was completely sold out! I've been getting emails constantly asking for us to run this again - This series has limited space and, based off of the amount of requests I've gotten already, it will be sold out as well!

What makes a good pitch? What should I put in my powerpoint? What do Investors want to see? What will they value my company at? What kind of stock should I sell?

Here's what we are including:

Pitching workshop: This is the same workshop we give around the country to entrepreneurs on making an amazing elevator pitch. It's normally $350. We will tell you exactly what to say and what not to say in a quick elevator pitch and help you build it from the ground up to include the info that investors NEED to hear to make a decision on your company.

Powerpoint: Giving a presentation to investors? You need to have a killer powerpoint presentation. We will discuss what to include, how to make it look great, read well and be investor-presentation-ready. We will include a template for this as well to help you get started.

Executive Summary: The first document an Investor reads. If this is good, they will want more. If not, they won't. We'll discuss what to include, and just as important, what not to include. We will include a template for this as well to help you get started.

Term Sheets: We will discuss different points on a term sheet. The types of stock offerings most common for early-stage companies, what you should expect from an investor, what they will want to see, what they will negotiate hard for and what you may end up giving up.

Crowdfunding: We will have a segment giving you the basics and the most up to date details on the current regulations. Huge trends and things that are now available for you to take advantage of!

Intro to New Investors: We will be bringing on and introducing you to a few brand-new early-stage funds and angels that are now looking for new opportunities to invest in.

In each of the 3 conference calls we will be bringing in guest VC & Angel Speakers to give you advice directly from the source! These folks are the real deal - accredited and active check-writing Angel Investors and VCs that I know personally. We will record these live, in case you miss one or want to hear it again! We will also give your quarter-page summary from the registration below with your contact info to all of the investors on the calls. We've been running FundingPost for 14 years. We know this industry. We know what it takes to raise capital.

Bonus 1: We will also include a 6 month membership on FundingPost Investor network, ($199 value) where you can upload your new executive summary, powerpoint and video elevator pitch! Already a member? We will add an additional 6 months to your account.

Bonus 2: We will also give you 2 of our best selling e-books. Normally $25 each, the 2 books are filled with interviews with over 20 Angel Groups around the country and gives a definition of the terminology they use.

Bonus 3: As mentioned, we ran this sold-out course 2 years ago. We still have the recordings and will give those to you as well to hear some additional points by 5 more investors.

The value of this three course seminar is $1000. Add in the $249 listing and books and the $197 from the previous course, the total package would be $1,446. We are charging only $197 for this entire package! A $1249 discount - happy holidays!!

It's a great market to raise early-stage capital right now - but the competition is fierce! We are seeing success stories coming out of our events all the time! Those who raise capital have a few things in common: They know what the investors want to see, and they know the questions they will ask. They don't just sit back - they take the steps to make things happen. They know how to position themselves to raise capital quickly and efficiently.

Space in this program is limited. It will sell out. Take advantage of this holiday package discount and get your company directly in front of investors - and - be prepared to raise capital in 2015!
