Pitching workshop: This is the same workshop we give around the country to entrepreneurs on making an amazing elevator pitch. It's normally $350. We will tell you exactly what to say and what not to say in a quick elevator pitch and help you build it from the ground up to include the info that investors NEED to hear to make a decision on your company.
Powerpoint: Giving a presentation to investors? You need to have a killer powerpoint presentation. We will discuss what to include, how to make it look great, read well and be investor-presentation-ready. We will include a template for this as well to help you get started.
Executive Summary: The first document an Investor reads. If this is good, they will want more. If not, they won't. We'll discuss what to include, and just as important, what not to include. We will include a template for this as well to help you get started.
Term Sheets: We will discuss different points on a term sheet. The types of stock offerings most common for early-stage companies, what you should expect from an investor, what they will want to see, what they will negotiate hard for and what you may end up giving up.
Crowdfunding: We will have a segment giving you the basics and the most up to date details on the current regulations. Huge trends and things that are now available for you to take advantage of!
Intro to New Investors: We will be bringing on and introducing you to a few brand-new early-stage funds and angels that are now looking for new opportunities to invest in.
In each of the 3 conference calls we will be bringing in guest VC & Angel Speakers to give you advice directly from the source! These folks are the real deal - accredited and active check-writing Angel Investors and VCs that I know personally. We will record these live, in case you miss one or want to hear it again!
