Series A Venture ConferenceTuesday, October 21, 2014
8am - 6pm
Ready to raise your first round of institutional capital? The Series A Venture Conference is the place to make it happen. This is not for start-ups, or companies raising a few hundred K in angel capital. All company attendees must have at least $750K in annual revenue run rate to attend this conference.
This full-day conference will focus specifically on what Venture Capitalists are looking for, when they like to invest, what metrics you should have prior to raising capital, the types of terms they generally put in front of a company, how it affects your current and earlier-stage investors, what milestones you are expected to achieve with that capital, and more.
The Series A round is currently considered difficult to raise. Lots of companies raising angel capital, with limited sources for the next step (the series A crunch). If you are serious about raising a series A and taking your company to the next level, come meet, learn from and network with over 20 VCs who actively invest in series A companies.
