    Kevin Ambrosini, Associate, Dolphin Equity Partners Kevin Ambrosini, Associate, Dolphin Equity Partners

    Mr. Ambrosini joined Dolphin Equity Partners in 2004.

    Before joining Dolphin, Mr. Ambrosini was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley & Co., where he focused on the technology, communications and media industries. While at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Ambrosini worked on M&A transactions and debt and equity financings for companies in the enterprise software, IT services, Internet and communications equipment sectors, including LEGATO's acquisition by EMC and Google's initial public offering.

    Mr. Ambrosini graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. degree in business administration from The Haas School of Business.

    Prior to joining Rho in 1993, Habib worked in investment banking and leveraged buyout in New York with Reich & Co. and Jesup & Lamont. He received an MBA from Columbia University. His current and recent board seats include: AnswerSoft, Avolent, Carparts Technologies, Intralinks, iVillage (NASDAQ: IVIL), Lemur Networks, Tripod, Waterfront Media and Yantra. Habib is Managing Partner of Rho Ventures and serves on the investment committees of Rho Fund Investors and Rho Private Equity.

    Venetia Kontogouris joined Trident Capital in 1999 as a Managing Director. Previously, Venetia was President of Enterprise Associates, LLC, the venture capital division of IMS Health Incorporated, and has held various venture capital positions since 1989. Before that, as Senior Vice President, Venture Development, at Cognizant Corporation she represented Cognizant in the Information Partners Capital Fund, formed by Dun & Bradstreet and Bain Capital. Venetia has held executive positions in new product development and marketing at D&B and sales management positions at AT&T and IBM. She has also launched her own start-up telecommunications company.

    Mr. Cullman spent twelve years creating and managing new products at the Private Bank at Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank and four years at Spencer Trask, leading the development of an institutional investor group for Private Equity. Hugh is a direct investor in seven private early stage companies. He received his BA in Economics from Stanford University and MBA from Harvard Business School.

    Scott Kurnit, Angel Investor, NY Angels (founder Scott Kurnit, Angel Investor, NY Angels (founder

    Scott Kurnit is an advisor and investor at the cross-section of media and technology.

    Previously, Mr. Kurnit founded and served as chairman and CEO of About, Inc. as it grew to a public market value exceeding $1.5 billion. During his tenure, About was the fifth most visited web property and first among news, information and entertainment sites. About is the third company Mr. Kurnit has founded.

    Kurnit, a holder of four patents, led the team that put the first web browser into an online service, started the first Pay Per View cable network and co-led the team that implemented the first use of national caller ID. He was also the youngest program director in the PBS system and served as program director for Qube, the world's first fully interactive cable system. Mr. Kurnit was president of Showtime Event Television when it generated the largest one night gross in the entertainment business and aired the first rock concert from the former Soviet Union.

    Employed directly or through joint ventures, Mr. Kurnit has worked at the highest levels of Warner, Viacom, News Corp., PBS, IBM, MCI and Sears.

    Mr. Kurnit, named one of Advertising Age's annual "100 superstars of U.S. marketing," has been inducted into the American Advertising Federation's Hall of Achievement and won the prestigious Vanguard Award from the National Cable Television Association. Mr. Kurnit won an Emmy as producer of a weekly television news magazine; Upside recognized him as one of the "Elite 100" leading the digital revolution; and, he was cited three times as "a strategist to watch" by the Journal of Business Strategy.

    Mr. Kurnit received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communications from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts. He and his wife reside in New York City.

    Saul Richter, General Partner, Starling Ventures Saul Richter, General Partner, Starling Ventures

    Mr. Richter has broad experience in the venture capital industry, having worked at a number of leading venture firms over the past 8 years. He brings to the Fund extensive experience performing due diligence and portfolio management through multiple venture cycles. Mr. Richter was most recently at Himalaya Capital, having joined in early 2002 as a Principal. Mr. Richter has significant investment experience and has been active on the boards of a number of companies. Mr. Richter additionally brings to Starling a strong technical background in software development and systems administration.

    Prior to Himalaya, Mr. Richter worked at Lucent Technologies in the New Ventures Group, where he focused on the creation and launch of software startups. In addition to Lucent, Mr. Richter has prior venture capital experience working at Softbank Ventures (now Mobius Venture Capital), Jerusalem Global Ventures and Flatiron Partners. Mr. Richter additionally has operational experience as the founder of Zapper Technologies’ US operations, where he formed and built out the company’s US office. Mr. Richter has additional prior experience working in investment banking at Salomon Smith Barney and product development at Dubois, Brown & Co, now a division of SS&C Technologies (Nasdaq: SSNC).

    Mr. Richter earned his MBA from Columbia Business School where he graduated first in his class and was awarded the Beta Gamma Sigma Alumni award for overall achievement. He received his BA in Economics from Columbia University. Mr. Richter is also a frequent speaker on technology and venture capital trends.
