    Chris Kleinertís affiliation with Hunt Consolidated, Inc. began in 1996 as investment manager for Hunt Financial Corporation (which today is known as Hunt Private Equity Group). Today, Kleinert serves as president of Hunt Investment Corporation, which oversees and directs investments made by Hunt Investment Group, Hunt Special Situations Group, and Hunt Ventures. Hunt Investment Group focuses across multiple industries seeking investment opportunities in unique, high-growth businesses with proven dynamic management teams. Hunt Special Situations Group focuses on distressed or turnaround situations in manufacturing, distribution, and business services industries. Hunt Ventures focuses solely on investing in early-stage information technology and life science oriented businesses.

    Prior to joining Hunt, Kleinert was employed by Texas Commerce Bank (now JPMorgan Chase), where he worked in both the corporate and commercial banking groups, and General Mills in a sales and marketing capacity.

    Kleinert graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1988 with a BBA in marketing, and received his MBA from Texas Christian University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Dallas Chamber, the Board of Trustees of The Parish Episcopal School of Dallas where he is Chairman of the Executive Committee, SMUís Tate Lecture Series Board of Directors, and the Board of Trustees of Lovers Lane United Methodist Church. Kleinert is also a member of the Young Presidentsí Organization.

    Prior to founding Capital Investment in 1989, David started and managed the Dallas Business Incubator, the city's first site for encouraging the development of high-growth, start-up companies. David's vast experience in corporate development stems from working hands-on in the growth of over 10 national and international ventures. His most recent project include co-founder of 360World, a leader in multimedia and imaging technologies.

    John T. McNabb, II is Founder, Chairman and Director of Growth Capital Partners, L.P.† He has held this position since March 1992.† Prior thereto, he was a Managing Director and a board member of BT Southwest Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bankers Trust New York Corporation.† Mr. McNabb came to Bankers Trust from The Prudential Insurance Company of America where he had a six-year career, commencing in 1984, which included positions with Prudential-Bache Securities, The Prudentialís Corporate Finance Group and Prudential Capital Corporation, a merchant banking affiliate of The Prudential.† Mr. McNabbís last position with Prudential Capital involved responsibility for a multi-billion dollar investment portfolio of debt and equity securities. During this time, he also co-authored Prudential Capitalís Ethics Statement. Prior to joining the Prudential, Mr. McNabb was employed in the E&P sector of the oil & gas business.† Mr. McNabb started his career with Mobil Oil and eventually became† Financial Officer for an independent producer. He has served on numerous energy related boards of directors for both private companies and also public companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange & the NASDAQ. Mr. McNabb is a director of GCP Securities, Inc., Vintage Petroleum (NYSE-listed) and is also an advisory director of American Central Gas Technologies, Inc. He is a member of the Board of Visitors of the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a member of the Deanís Advisory Board of the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, where he has developed and teaches a course in Leadership. He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam conflict rising to the rank of Captain and was awarded The Air Medal with three Oak Leaf Clusters and The Distinguished Flying Cross as a result of combat operations in Southeast Asia.† Mr. McNabb holds B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Duke University. Mr. McNabb is a member of the Houston Venture Capital Association, the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association (PESA), the National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA) and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA).

    Greg is a founding Shareholder of Chapman, Hext & Co., P.C. and White Rock Advisors, LLC. Chapman, Hext & Co., is a fully integrated professional services CPA firm that meets clientís needs in financial services, taxation and consulting. It has been located in Richardson for the last 15 years. White Rock Advisors advises companies on various operating issues, as well as the management of assets, capital and risk.

    In addition, Greg is the General Partner of the White Rock Venture Fund, which is a private equity fund. The fund makes investments of $5 million or less in the form of expansion capital in cash flow positive companies.

    He is also the President of the North Dallas Investment Group, Inc., which is an ďAngel InvestorĒ group, which was founded in March of 2000. The North Dallas Investment Group meets the second Thursday of each month throughout the year to allow companies seeking capital to present to this select group of accredited investors.
