    Jack is a Senior Associate at Touchdown Ventures, joining the team in 2017 and focusing on investments in the Internet of Things (IoT) and physical security sectors. Before Touchdown, Jack gained operating experience at Personal Capital, a venture-backed startup in Silicon Valley, and was co-founder and President of the Philadelphia InSITE Fellowship chapter while attending business school. Prior to that, he spent time in the New York venture ecosystem evaluating investment opportunities at Laconia Capital Group, New York Angels, and Virgil Capital. Jack previously worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland where he specialized in short-term interest rate products. Jack holds a BA in History from Duke University and MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors as an Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing & Operations major.

He has been angel investing for nearly 10 years since he first learned of the important role while studying at the Institute for Entrepreneurship at Shenandoah University. Since serving as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy, his focus has mainly been on making investments in and advising start-ups that creatively improve individual and population health.     He has been a venture capitalist for over 30 years, has participated in more than 100 equity financings and has served as a Director or Board Observer of over 30 companies.

    Mr. Bressner served as part of the co-founding team of the NEPA Venture Funds in 1985 and has been an active investor in the region from Pennsylvania through New Jersey into Metro NYC ever since. In 2008, he co-founded Originate Growth Fund I (OG1) and serves as its Managing Partner. In 2017, he co-founded Activate Ventures II as the successor to OG1 and represents his sixth fund. Mr. Bressner served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Philadelphia Venture Group (now called PACT) for several years and was selected to be its Chairman during 1996-1997. He has been a member of the Investment Advisory Committee for the Southeast Ben Franklin Technology Partnership for over 25 years and was awarded the Entrepreneurial Advocate of 2000 by the Northeast Tier Ben Franklin Technology Partnership. He is a past member of the Board of Governors for Philadelphia-based St. Christopherís Hospital for Children.

    Presently, Mr. Bressner is Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Innovative Solutions & Support, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISSC) and a board member and Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committee of Tabula Rasa Healthcare, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRHC). He has been the original investor in a number of other successful companies that were founded in the fundsí targeted region including IQE plc (LSE: IQEP), CareGain (acquired by Fiserv), UltraCision (acquired by J&J), Ravisent (RVST), Access Health (acquired by McKesson), MicroE (acquired by General Scanning Group), Visual Networks (VNWK) and AnyTime Access (acquired by Digital Insight).

    He is co-founder of Leader Lehigh Valley, a 501(c)(3) organization which is providing The Leader in Me to approximately 50 elementary and middle schools in the Greater Lehigh Valley.

    Mr. Bressner holds a B.S.B.A., cum laude, from Boston University where he lettered in varsity basketball. He also received an M.B.A. from Babson College.

    For more than 13 years, Michael Kelley has been executing and managing principal investments in venture capital and real estate. He is the founder and principal of Formation Capital, Inc. (ďFormationĒ), which currently manages in excess of $50 million in equity invested in 30 investments. Formationís venture portfolio includes Foxfire Printing and Packaging, iProcess Online and Performance Systems Development. Formation also manages investments in multi-family developments utilizing the Low-income Housing Tax Credit. At Formation he personally developed an online fund management system that allows all stakeholders to collaborate, upload or access information based on permissions. Prior to Formation, Mr. Kelley was a principal with HK Special Situations Group, where he provided advisory services to the US Small Business Administration regarding a troubled Small Business Investment Company. He was also a principal with GSA Management and with Intrust USA. At Intrust he was responsible for raising and investing 4 real estate tax credit funds and one venture capital fund. In addition to serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Delaware Innovation Fund, Mr. Kelley sits on the boards of Foxfire Printing, Early Stage East, and the Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League. Mr. Kelley received his BA degree in History magna cum laude from the University of Delaware.

    Mr. Richter is the Founder of Rittenhouse Ventures and has been active within the technology community for over twenty years as a venture capitalist, entrepreneur and technologist. Prior to Rittenhouse, Mr. Richter was a Principal at Himalaya Capital, which he joined in early 2002. While at Himalaya, Mr. Richter was active on the boards of a number of companies including Concerro which was acquired by Francisco Partners in 2012. Prior to Himalaya, Mr. Richter worked at Lucent Technologies in the New Ventures Group, where he focused on the creation and launch of software startups. In addition to Lucent, Mr. Richter has prior venture capital experience working at Softbank Ventures, Jerusalem Global Ventures and Flatiron Partners(now Union Square Ventures). Mr. Richter currently sits on the Boards of Take The Interview, Miria Systems, Vcopious and Halfpenny Technologies(observer).

    Mr. Richter also has operational experience as the founder of Zapper Technologies US operations. He formed and built out the company US office, developed the go-to-market strategy, hired a sales force and worked closely with the Israel-based development team to coordinate product development. Mr. Richter also worked as a financial analyst at Salomon Smith Barney and as head of new product development at Dubois, Brown & Co, a financial analysis software company sold to Thomson Financial (NYSE:TOC).
