Tom has been an investor, interim executive and serial entrepreneur in nutraceuticals, hospitality, beverage, sporting goods, agriculture, manufacturing, real estate, electronic hardware & software, and e-commerce. He refers to his business experience in baseball terms: “I’ve had three (3) strike outs, nine (9) base hits, 2 triple plays, 1 out of the park home run and 2 companies which are still at the plate”. Tom’s home run came when he helped form the largest mortgage REIT on the AMEX, which grew to over $2 billion in assets. Tom has a passion for giving back to his community as one of the original board members and former chairman of the Second Harvest Food Bank in Orange County California. He served on the board of Boy Scouts of America Orange County Council and is a Knight in the Order of Malta caring serving the poor and sick worldwide. He was alpine press operations liaison for the 2012 Olympic games in Whistler Canada and served on the pit crew race management team at the 2017 Long Beach Grand Prix.

Ms. Lorimor is a thought leader, investor, entrepreneur, and change agent specializing in the hi-tech, land development, building, and retail sectors. As a magna cum laude alumnus of the University of Southern California with a BSA, Ms. Lorimor began in Big 4 public accounting obtaining her CPA. Quickly leaning towards the strategic finance aspects including strategic partnerships, buy and sell side mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, fund accounting, IPOs, REITs, and fundraising for businesses at all stages. In 2016, Ms. Lorimor sold a group nine companies that she had grown over the course of 10 years, known as “The WIN Companies.” Now, Ms. Lorimor is moving forward with her latest project “Why2Fail.” Most importantly, Ms. Lorimor believes in continuously giving back to the community through mentorship and does so in many ways including significant involvement with California State University Fullerton’s entrepreneurship program and as board member with Manna, a food bank serving Orange County.
