    Slater Chityala is the Managing Partner of Elevate Innovation Partners - an early stage venture firm based in New York. EIP invests in enterprise software companies in US and fintech startups in US, Europe and India. EIP helps connect startups with financial services firms across its global network. Slater is an active member of the New York startup ecosystem. He is a mentor to several startups, accelerators and is on the Executive Committee of ARC Angel Fund and Charlotte Angel Fund. He has made several successful angel investments in US and Australia which provided the impetus to start EIP. Prior to EIP, Slater had worked in Corporate VC, Strategy Consulting and Investment Banking in US and Asia for UBS, Nomura and Westpac.     Brad Kayton is a serial entrepreneur turned parallel, having made a number of investments in start-ups over the past few years as well as acting as an advisor or consultant to a number of start-ups. Brad is a member of Launchpad Venture Group. Brad has started five companies operationally, a few others as the first funder, and he adds the most value in the early years of a company's life-cycle. Brad has been a CEO four times, a board member often, came up through the ranks operationally on the product manager-marketing side, and began his career as a software programmer. Brad has an MBA and a Masters in Communications Technology and lives in the Boston metro area.

    Alfred J. Mandel has been an entrepreneur since his teens and has over thirty years experience in technology businesses, notably at Apple, Inc. and Redgate Communications. Mr. Mandel has extensive experience in business development, sales and marketing and early stage investing. Those companies include: Align Technologies (Visa-Line), ChemDex, TheraCyte, NeuGen, Fluidgim and Berkeley Heart Labs. Alfred has associated himself with several private equity groups and is a side-along investor with many of them, including: Beechtree Capital, Cheyenne Partners, Harmony Ventures, Cross Link Capital and a China based investment group. Alfred has business experience in many areas of technology including: semiconductor manufacturing, computer hardware and software, Internet based businesses, photovoltaic systems, solar thermal systems, LEDs, medical devices, Social Media, mobile applications and advanced material sciences. Mr. Mandel has recently invested in several early stage companies in China. Two are in educational software and services for China’s four hundred million students. Mr. Mandel came to the Silicon Valley in the late seventies to start two ventures in renewable energy. Combining his technical background and advanced degrees in environmental sciences and energy systems, he started two solar energy companies over twenty-five years ago. He previously owned Isis Energy Solutions, which worked with start-ups, EPC’s, and product development firms on photovoltaic, LED and energy conservation technologies and products. Alfred continues to be a proponent of sustainable energy and energy conservation and advises entrepreneurs, local governments and businesses. Mr. Mandel holds a degree in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara with a minor in Physics, an MA in Environmental Design, and a Masters in Urban and Regional planning, both from the School of Architecture at the University of Oregon. While at the University of Oregon Mr. Mandel attended law school and worked as an intern for the Oregon State Legislature. He helped get passed the ‘Oregon Bottle Bill’ which allows a monetary incentive to be applied to all recyclable bottles and cans. The United States’ successful recycling programs are due in part to the enactment of this law.

    Kevin is an audit partner and performs audits of public and private companies and assists them with the financial and operational aspects of their business.

    He helps clients obtain sources of capital and provides M&A and strategic alliance analysis. Kevin has industry experience in numerous sectors including technology, private equity and venture capital, life sciences, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, and financial services. He has extensive experience with 33 Act and 34 Exchange Act filings, including initial public offerings.

    Kevin has extensive experience in working with private equity and venture capital entities at the fund level and the portfolio company level. He brings practical experience in working with earlier stage companies to assist them in dealing with issues they face as they progress along their development timeline. He is actively involved in many technology focused organizations. He is an angel investor in the Angel Round Capital Fund located in New York City, where he serves on the Executive Committee and also chairs the Audit Committee.
