    Johnathan Robertson is the President and Managing Director of TG Capital. Prior to joining TG in 1999, Johnathan was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Johnathan received his graduate degree from Harvard and his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina. While at UNC, Johnathan played varsity football and was named to the USA Today All-Academic Team and was a Peach Bowl Scholar Athlete Award Recipient. Johnathan is the proud husband of Shannon Robertson and the father of three children. Shannon is a graduate of Stanford University and Harvard Business School and has served as a Trustee on the Stanford Alumni Board of Trustees. In his role with TG, Johnathan serves on the Board of Directors for multiple TG portfolio companies.

    Stanley "Stash" Jacobs, Jr. is a corporate and securities attorney based in the Fort Lauderdale office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. Stash works with investors and entrepreneurs in a wide variety of transactional matters, including venture capital and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general business law. Stash regularly counsels established and emerging companies, entrepreneurs and investors in a variety of different industries, including technology, healthcare, alternative energy & clean-tech, financial services, telecommunications, consumer products, education and transportation. Stash serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Florida Venture Forum and is a frequent author and lecturer on venture capital and other corporate transactions.

    Rob Delman is Managing Director of Golden Seeds, a Partner in the ARC Angel Fund and Canrock Ventures, and an Advisor, Columbia University Lang Center for Entrepreneurship. Previously, Rob was President of Delco International Ltd., a manufacturing and distribution company of tableware products for the food service industry. He led the successful sale of the company to Oneida Ltd, the world’s largest tableware manufacturer. Rob holds a BS in Marketing from Syracuse University and an MBA from Columbia University, is an Outward Bound graduate, and is a Bronze Medal winner in tennis for the USA Maccabi Team.

    Brian Model is a Managing Partner of Stonehenge Growth Equity Partners. Mr. Model is responsible for the overall operations of Stonehenge Growth Equity Partners, including sourcing, underwriting and executing the firm’s growth equity investments. Mr. Model has led investments in twenty growth stage businesses. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of eHealth Technologies, Lumetrics, Omni-ID, SwipeToSpin, Clerio Vision, and Selvera, TiqIQ )(Observer), Critical Media (Observer), Firsthand (Observer), and 1000 Museums (Observer). He previously served on the Board of Directors of iCardiac Technologies (Observer) (sold to Norwest Venture Partners), Knovel Corporation (Observer) (sold to Reed Elsevier), Medidata Solutions (observer) (NASDAQ: MDSO), Lorica Solutions (Acquired by Xeta Technologies (NASDAQ:PAET) and PixFusion. Mr. Model currently serves as an Executive Committee member and Past-President of the Upstate Venture Association of New York (UVANY). Prior to Stonehenge, Mr. Model spent twelve years as a retail executive and entrepreneur responsible for both online and physical retail locations throughout the country. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School.

    Mark recently co-founded Las Olas Venture Capital, an early stage venture fund focused on Florida and other underserved venture capital markets. Prior to starting Las Olas VC, Mark spent about 15 years at Higher One, a company he co-founded in 2000 while a senior in college. In his roles as CFO, Chairman and then CEO, Mark has had a major hand in steering the company from its first round of seed funding and multiple rounds of venture funding all the way to its successful IPO in 2010. He helped grow Higher One from just three founders to more than 1,000 employees and guide the company through multiple acquisitions exceeding $150mm in aggregate value. Today, Higher One’s products and services support more than 1,900 schools and approximately 13 million enrolled students. Mark holds a BA and MA in Economics from Yale University. He was a founding officer of the Yale Entrepreneurial Society and on its board from 2000 to 2010. This nonprofit organization promotes entrepreneurship among Yale students, faculty and alumni, and sponsors an annual business plan competition. Mark’s other civic roles includes serving on the Fort Lauderdale Aviation Advisory Board. His past civic activities include Chairman of the Tweed New Haven Airport Authority, and positions on the New Haven Economic Development Commission and the Regional Growth Partnership Strategic Planning Committee. Mark is the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2010 New England Financial Services Award recipient and was an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2011 National Services Award finalist. He has been a regional and national judge for the program since 2012.

    Chris Uhrig is a Vice President of Investment for z9 Capital. Mr. Uhrig has significant and broad transactional experience having completed $650M+ of corporate acquisitions, restructured $500M+ of liabilities, raised $100M+ of new capital and invested $150M+ of growth capital. Mr. Uhrig’s day-to-day responsibilities include; evaluating perspective investment opportunities, leading the diligence process, preparing for and leading the sale of Portfolio Companies, performing various ad-hoc financial analysis and assisting in fund raising activities.
