    Jaret L. Davis is the Co-Managing Shareholder of the firm Miami office. As Co-Managing Shareholder, he oversees approximately 160 attorneys and 200 business staff based in the firm founding office. A principal shareholder in the firmís Corporate & Securities Practice focusing on both domestic and international transactions within the mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and credit markets arenas, Jaret represents numerous companies with an industry focus on the IT, and health care and biotech sectors.

    Jaret served as lead shareholder of the 40+ attorney legal team representing Terremark Worldwide, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed provider of IT infrastructure, in connection with its acquisition by Verizon Communications, Inc. The acquisition, which boasted an equity value of $1.4 billion and an enterprise value of $2 billion, was Verizon's largest since its acquisition of MCI in 2005, ranking as both the largest pairing of a telco and a colocation provider and the largest transaction in the cloud computing space. He was also provided representation to Metropolitan Health Networks, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed health care provider, in its $850 million sale to Humana, Inc. He has represented publicly traded clients having an aggregate market capitalization of over $6 billion. He also serves as General Counsel to the Technology Foundation of the Americas, the nonprofit spearheading the 2014 eMerge Americas global technology conference.

    Jaret serves as the President of the University of Miami Law Alumni Association, Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Miami Children Hospital and as a member of each of the University of Miami Law Review Alumni Advisory Board, the University of Miami Moot Court Alumni Advisory Board and the University of Miami Citizens Board. He also serves on a number of additional philanthropic and civic boards, including the Miami Children Initiative, City Year and the SEED Foundation. He serves as the Chair of the Special Events Committee for the Miami Leadership Council of the American Diabetes Association, in which capacity he chairs the 2013 Father of the Year Gala and serves as a member of the nationally-based, Income Development Committee of the American Diabetes Association

    Hansell has executed nearly $3 billion in transactions for companies at nearly every stage of development on two continents. As current Director and Head of M&A at ADT, he leads both the acquisition efforts as well as the evaluation and management of strategic investments for North America's largest home security and automation company. He also spent two years building a software platform of his own, which ultimately failed but led to a massive understanding and empathy for the struggles young companies face. Hansell believes strongly that human creativity will prove the single greatest competitive advantage in the coming decades, and that companies that do not understand, structure and foster talent in order pursue creative insights will quickly become obsolete.     Prior to joining Altpoint Ventures, Vadim was a Partner at Bright Capital, a VC firm with investments in the ICT sector. From 2009 to 2011 Vadim was the International Business Development Director at IQ One, an investment company focusing on IT, Internet & New Media projects in Russia. He was also a Board Member at the leading Spanish Seed Investment Company, DAD from 2010 to 2011. Before IQ One, Vadim worked as a Managing Partner at CB Invest, an Investment Brokerage company focusing on cross-border transactions in the VC sector.

    Vadim is currently employed as a Venture Partner at Target Ventures, and as a Digital Strategy Advisor at Media3, an investment firm owned by PromSvyazCapital that focuses on digital media and e-commerce. He currently serves as a Board Member at CIAN Group, the leading vertical classified in real estate in Russia.

    Vadim received a M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from Moscow State University and a Masters degree in E-Business from Universitat Ramon Llull.

    Richard Weisz is a versatile C-level executive expert in raising equity capital, finance, marketing, start-ups, turnaround management, content, brand development, licensing and marketing of products and services and has successfully headed various ventures with successful exits.

    During his tenure with The Walt Disney Company he launched operations in multiple countries, was a Zone VP and GM, and headed a Latin American SBU.

    He is an early stage investor and syndicator of projects. He has held a number of board positions, including Ogangi Corp., Consult A Doctor, NIP/The Winner's Circle, Miami Innovation Fund, New World Angels and the Pino Global Entrepreneurship Center at Florida International University. He served as an advisor and consultant to renowned industry conferences including Americas Venture Capital Conference and eMerge Americas, where he chaired the Innovation Advisory Board and was responsible for the Startup Showcase featuring more than 125 global companies.

    Richard is a frequent panelist, and also serves as a consultant for the SBAís Small Business Development Center at FIU.

    He is originally from Venezuela, lives in Miami with his family, is a graduate of Babson College and is an avid scuba diver.
