    David Drake is a leading equity expert based in New York. He is the founder and chairman of LDJ Capital, a private equity advisory firm, and of The Soho Loft, an event-driven global financial media company.

    Born in Sweden and fluent in six languages, Mr. Drake is a strong advocate of innovative investing in early-stage equity and the US JOBS Act, for which he lobbied both Congress and the EU Commission. Because of his leading work in this space, he was a US Commerce Department delegate to the EU Commission in Brussels and Rome, and was invited in May 2013 to the White House Champions of Change ceremony in Washington, D.C.

    His investment, The Soho Loft, produces and sponsors 150+ global events a year. One such was produced in April 2013 for the institutional media leader Thomson Reuters, with speakers from Nasdaq, NYSE, KKR and Carlyle Group. He continues to advance innovative investing through his work as an international speaker and regular writer for major publications like Forbes and Thomson Reuters. He has co-authored the book Planet Entrepreneur: The World Entrepreneurship Forumís Guide to Business Success Around the World and is the author of Crowd Fund Economics.

    His focus today is to take on board advisory positions at companies, angel networks and venture funds, and to guide them on such topics as international regulations, corporate strategy and fund structures, with emphasis on the growing trend of online investment automation for retail and angel investors.

    Privately, Mr. Drake has hosted the Harvard Business Club of NY at his home, produced Carnegie Hall concerts and raised funds for the charities Trail Blazers and Best Buddies Carnegie Hall for many years. Today he is a board director of the UBS Charity of the Year, London-based Archive International, and is co-chair of the Tree Kangaroo Foundation in New York.

    Mr. Drake has an MBA in Finance and an MA in International Law and Economics from George Washington University, where he was awarded the Wallenberg Scholarship for academic merit.

    Bruce H. Lipnick is Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asset Alliance Corporation (Asset Alliance). He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Asset Alliance Advisors, Inc. He has an extensive background in alternative investments with over 38 years of experience in the investment management and financial services industries, and was a pioneer in utilizing various hedging techniques in portfolio management in the early 1970 through the 1980. Among other affiliate manager-related activities, Mr. Lipnick serves on the Board of Directors of Wessex Asset Management Limited, a UK based hedge fund manager as well as on the board of many of Asset Alliance subsidiary and sponsored funds.

    He is also a member of the Asset Alliance Investment Committee, Transaction Structuring Committee and CIO of the Asset Alliance Manager Participation Fund. Prior to founding Asset Alliance, Mr. Lipnick served as principal, general partner and senior executive officer for several investment management organizations including Wharton Management Group, Inc., which he founded in 1982 and also served as president. Mr. Lipnick is a member of the Advisory Council of the Milken Institute California Center and of the Advisory Board of the Eco Power Conference in Brazil. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lipnick was President and Founder of the Elms Companies and was Vice President of Ladenburg Thalmann & Co., a merchant investment bank, in addition to founding and serving as President of Pierpont Management, Inc., a family office. Mr. Lipnick received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Long Island University in 1969.     Richard Liebman heads the Investment Office for the Maybach Family in San Francisco. The Family Office is already in its fourth generation of a family business originated by Wilhelm Maybach, the designer of the first Mercedes car in 1901. His son, Karl Maybach, pioneered the development of industrial and commercial diesel engines and introduced the renowned series of Maybach Automobiles in the 1920s.

    Mr. Liebman work covers three main areas: Investments- In addition to managing investments in Public and Private Equity, Mr. Liebman spends considerable time nurturing a new Family related business, Maybach Icons of Luxury, a German based company focused on premium eyewear and leather goods.

    Real Estate Development- The real estate focus centers on developing properties primarily in the San Francisco and the Lake Tahoe Region. An early pioneer in revising the Hayes Valley neighborhood of San Francisco, the Office won several awards for its state of the art, mixed use, development projects.

    Philanthropy- The Maybach Foundation Mr. Liebman serves on the Finance Committee of the Foundation, which focuses on mentoring by pairing exceptional protegees with world renowned leaders in their field. The Maybach Foundation is currently finalizing the release of its web based Mentoring Application to reach an even wider audience.

    Mr. Liebman was born and raised in New York. He attended The Lawrenceville School, Brown University, and Columbia, where he earned his MBA.
