    Chip is a General Partner at Flybridge Capital Partners whose investment interests and experience broadly cover companies and technologies in the information technology sector. Before joining the firm in May 2002, Chip was a General Partner with Greylock Partners, a leading venture capital firm he joined in 1994. While at Greylock, Chip led or participated in numerous successful investments in the enterprise information technology field including Narrative Communications (acquired by @Home), Idiom Technologies (acquired by SDL), iPhrase Technologies (acquired by IBM), IBA (acquired by ServiceSoft/Kana), Storage Networks (IPO), Totality (acquired by MCI) and the Vincam Group (IPO in 1996, acquired by ADP). Prior to Greylock, he was with Company Assistance Limited, an investment and consulting firm in Warsaw Poland; and Bain and Company, an international management consulting firm.

    Chip received a BA with honors from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar and a Ford Scholar.

    Mr. Bengur also serves as Chairman of PJPA, LLC, a Papa John Pizza franchisee, which he co-founded with Charles Bryan. PJPA currently owns and operates 23 Papa Johns restaurants in New Jersey and Delaware.

    Mr. Bengur holds an A.B. Degree from Princeton University and a graduate diploma from The University of Cambridge, England.

    Chinh advises clients, ranging from start-ups to established companies, on the creation and development of patent portfolios through the preparation and filing of patent applications, the acquisition and exploitation of intellectual property rights through licensing and strategic collaboration agreements, and the preparation of invalidity, non-infringement, and freedom-to-operate opinions. Chinh also counsels clients on IP due diligence through the evaluation of client and competitor portfolios.

    Chinh assists startup clients with strategies for leveraging their IP portfolio for high-value commercial opportunities, introducing them to funding sources, either through the venture community or the government, as well as identifying and establishing strategic alliances.

Previously, as a senior consultant at a boutique management consulting firm, Douglas provided strategic intellectual property advisory services to companies in the telecommunications, information technology, and medical device industries. He advised investors in early-stage businesses, representing more than $250 million in invested capital. Early in his career, Douglas spent more than a decade in the telecommunications industry, primarily focused on international voice, data and IP networks.
