    Joe Rubin is a Director and Co-Founder of FundingPost.com. Joe was also the Webmaster at Knight Securities (NASD: NITE), where he helped to design its online trading platform and website. Prior to working Online, Joe worked in television and graphic design for companies such as NBC and MTV, in addition to doing freelance commercial production. Joe began working in television production, graphic design and 3D animation professionally when he was 15, and graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor's in Communications. He served as Vice President of Corporate Business Development at Computer Associates International, and prior to Computer Associates' acquisition of Cheyenne Software, served as Cheyenne's Vice President of Corporate Development and Corporate Marketing where he had overall responsibility for corporate and product positioning. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Cheyenne's Unix Division. Prior to Cheyenne, Mr. Finkle was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Applied Programming Technologies, which he represented for sale to Cheyenne in 1993. Early in his career, Mr. Finkle co-founded N/Hance Systems a peripheral manufacturing and software development company. Knowledge Adventure became the world's largest children's CD-ROM edutainment software company (almost $400 million in annual revenues), owned by Universal Studios, known for 'JumpStart' (20 million units sold) and 'Blaster' series.

    1986-1991, Rick consulted to software companies including Ashton-Tate, Que Software/Macmillan and SPSS Inc, and arranged sales of technology to Symantec, Microlytics and Paramount Publishing. Rick directed a division of Ashton-Tate and was Chairman of 4-5-6 WORLD. Earlier, Rick directed national sales/marketing and helped start or re-start: Fisher Corp, KLH, Ultralinear and Androbot Inc (personal robot start-up by Nolan Bushnell, who founded Atari and Chuck E Cheese). Rick began his career as one of the first store managers for The GAP Inc, which has 3,200 stores worldwide including Old Navy and Banana Republic.

    John Ason has been an angel investor for over 18 years specializing in early stage pre-revenue companies. He has made over sixty eclectic investments in the areas of e-commerce, technology, advertising, digital social media and entertainment. For about half of his investments, John has been the lead angel devoting a significant amount of his time to mentoring the companies. A typical company consists of one or two people in a garage or kitchen with minimal or no revenues. Any capital efficient industry with high growth potential qualifies with the exception of medical and biotech qualifies.
