    With more than 30 years' experience serving as in-house and outside counsel at leading energy and technology companies and in private practice, Jeffrey R. Harder has a unique blend of legal and business expertise that enables him to advise and represent clients on corporate and securities matters in a wide variety of industries. Nine of those years were in the oil industry at Exxon, Amoco and Mitchell Energy and Development Corp. He was also Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel at The ForeFront Group, Inc., a NASDAQ listed public internet and computer based training company.

James has been in the financial services industry since 1999. He is often considered an amateur chef, having taken courses at the San Francisco Culinary Academy.
