    Nick Jekogian is founder and President/CEO of Signature Community Investment Group. Mr. Jekogian founded the company while in college with the purchase of a small apartment building in Center City Philadelphia. Mr. Jekogian has since built Signature Community into a fully-integrated real estate company that owns and operates more than 4,000 apartment units throughout the United States with an aggregate value of over $300 million.

    Mr. Jekogian is a licensed real estate broker in New York. He has a Business Administration degree from Drexel University and a Masters degree in Management from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Mr. Jekogian has more than 20 years experience developing commercial properties in the New York metro area for retailers such as CVS, TD/Commerce Bank and Blockbuster Video. Mr. Jekogian currently resides in Manhattan with his wife and two young daughters. He is a competitor in Ironman-level triathlons and ultra-distance marathons. Mr. Jekogian is a member of YPO. Mr. Jekogian also invests in early stage companies through his involvement with the various Angel Groups.

    Gordon Ogden joined Byrnam Wood in 1997 as a principal, having worked in tenant representation at a number of large- and mid-sized firms including Pearce Urstadt Mayer & Greer, Pattison Partners, Insignia/ESG and CB Commercial.

    He has worked on major transactions for virtually all of Byrnam Wood's clients, in New York, across the country and around the world. Typical transactions have included leasing headquarters offices in Tokyo; advising clients on space alternatives and terms in Sao Paolo, Brazil; working with Nike on its Manhattan headquarters space; and helping law firms and advertising clients meet their space needs around the United States.

    His varied philanthropic work includes service on the boards of Collegiate School, The Boys' Club of New York and Job Path. He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in political science.

    Ben is a co-founder of Fundrise. Ben's responsibilities involve strategic partnerships, deal underwriting, real estate development, PR as well as setting the long-term strategy and goals for the company.

    Ben has 15 years of experience in real estate and finance, and he has acquired, developed, and financed more than $500 million of property in his time as Managing Partner of WestMill Capital Partners and President of Western Development Corporation.

    Ben also started US Nordic Ventures, a cross-Atlantic private equity and operating company. Ben has worked as an analyst for Lubert-Adler, a private equity real estate fund. Ben was part of the founding staff of Democracy Alliance, a progressive investment collaborative.

    Ben is also co-founder of Popularise, a real estate crowdsourcing website.

    David Drake is a leading equity expert based in New York. He is the founder and chairman of LDJ Capital, a private equity advisory firm, and of The Soho Loft, an event-driven global financial media company.

    Born in Sweden and fluent in six languages, Mr. Drake is a strong advocate of innovative investing in early-stage equity and the US JOBS Act, for which he lobbied both Congress and the EU Commission. Because of his leading work in this space, he was a US Commerce Department delegate to the EU Commission in Brussels and Rome, and was invited in May 2013 to the White House Champions of Change ceremony in Washington, D.C.

    His investment, The Soho Loft, produces and sponsors 150+ global events a year. One such was produced in April 2013 for the institutional media leader Thomson Reuters, with speakers from Nasdaq, NYSE, KKR and Carlyle Group. He continues to advance innovative investing through his work as an international speaker and regular writer for major publications like Forbes and Thomson Reuters. He has co-authored the book Planet Entrepreneur: The World Entrepreneurship Forum’s Guide to Business Success Around the World and is the author of Crowd Fund Economics.

    His focus today is to take on board advisory positions at companies, angel networks and venture funds, and to guide them on such topics as international regulations, corporate strategy and fund structures, with emphasis on the growing trend of online investment automation for retail and angel investors.

    Privately, Mr. Drake has hosted the Harvard Business Club of NY at his home, produced Carnegie Hall concerts and raised funds for the charities Trail Blazers and Best Buddies Carnegie Hall for many years. Today he is a board director of the UBS Charity of the Year, London-based Archive International, and is co-chair of the Tree Kangaroo Foundation in New York.

    Mr. Drake has an MBA in Finance and an MA in International Law and Economics from George Washington University, where he was awarded the Wallenberg Scholarship for academic merit.

Since 2001, Swig Equities has purchased and/or is in the process of developing in excess of $3 billion of properties, which include holdings in Downtown Manhattan's FiDi (Financial District) neighborhood comprising of 110 William Street, a 900,000 square foot office building; 80 Broad Street, a 400,000 square foot office building; 90 Broad Street, a 400,000 square foot office building; 44 Wall Street, a 350,000 square foot office building; 48 Wall Street, a 324,000 square foot office building; 5 Hanover Square, a 335,000 square foot office building; 770 Lexington Avenue, a 155,000 square foot commercial office building located in Midtown Manhattan among others.     Helmsley Spear, LLC Mr. Swig is the Owner and serves as President of Helmsley Spear, LLC, a leader in commercial real estate focusing on third party office and retail leasing, asset and property management, investment sales, and capital advisory services. The company was originally founded in 1866 with the legendary Harry Helmsley assuming ownership in the late 1930s.

    Falcon Pacific Construction Mr. Swig is also the Owner of Falcon Pacific Construction, LLC, a company responsible for the construction, renovation and repositioning of projects.

    Prior to his current positions, Mr. Swig served as Executive Vice President of The Macklowe Organization, and specifically as President of Manhattan Pacific Management Company, Inc. where he oversaw the operation and leasing of a portfolio of more than 45 residential and commercial buildings in New York and Los Angeles with a market value in excess of $2 billion.

    Prior to that, Mr. Swig was Vice President of Swig, Weiler & Dinner Development Company, San Francisco, (now known as The Swig Company), where he worked extensively with the company's Fairmont Hotels Group and directly oversaw the development, acquisition, financing, and management of the firm's portfolio of commercial office space.

    After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese History from Brown University, Providence, R.I., Mr. Swig attended Hastings College of Law, San Francisco, where he was selected for the Law Review.

    Jack has contributed to Dominion's senior management team since 2007 and is a key member of the management team because as has works in all areas of each business. He has experience in acquisitions, marketing, loan underwriting and construction.
