    Mr. Chu is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Grayhawk Capital. Prior to co-founding Grayhawk in 1999, Mr. Chu was a Partner at the predecessor firm of Cornerstone Equity Partners. He began his venture capital career with Banc One Capital Partners as Associate and later Assistant Vice President.

    Mr. Chu has served on the boards of 12 privately held companies. A sample of prior successful investments includes: New Century Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: NEW), ESS (acquired by IHS), QCSI (acquired by Trizetto), and ITax Group (acquired by First Advantage).

    Mr. Chu holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Arizona.

    Dusty Wunderlich has built a diverse array of positions and companies that make up his career and involvement in society. Mr. Wunderlich currently serves as a Principal of DCA Capital Partners, a Private Equity fund focused on providing buyout, growth and restructuring capital to middle-market companies in underserved communities across the Western U.S. Mr. Wunderlich also serves as Managing Director at DCA Partners, the region's strategic advisory firm, serving as a trusted advisor to middle-market businesses throughout the western United States.

    At DCA Partners, Mr. Wunderlich focuses growth advisory and mergers and acquisitions in Nevada. Prior to joining DCA, Mr. Wunderlich founded Optimum Strategy Group, an institutional advisory firm. As Optimum Strategy Group's founder and Managing Partner, Mr. Wunderlich guided Optimum's dedication to delivering innovative financial and strategic solutions to their clients through a dynamic and creative approach to the capital markets. With a core belief in alignment of interest and long term partnerships, Optimum Strategy Group developed a robust human and capital network to link global institutional capital to the needs of underserved markets in the Western United States. Prior to starting Optimum Strategy Group, Mr. Wunderlich served as Executive Vice President, Investment Banking at ARVCO Financial Ventures where he focused on business development for the firm through building and managing relationships with various institutional investors and asset management firms. He performed due diligence on various alternative investment funds seeking institutional investment capital and advised asset managers on fund structure, strategy, marketing material development, and fund document preparation. Before transitioning into investment banking, Mr. Wunderlich gained experience in a variety of different roles in the gaming and hospitality industries. Mr. Wunderlich has traveled, conducted business and spoken at conferences on six continents and is continuing to establish networks throughout the world. Mr. Wunderlich is also a co-founder of the Growing Worldwide Opportunity Foundation ("GWOF"), a public charity that focuses on international and domestic grassroots and community based humanitarian projects. Mr. Wunderlich is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board for GWOF and plays a key role in development and strategy. Mr. Wunderlich also serves on a handful of boards and committee's in his local community including the Nevada Discovery Museum and the Reno Tahoe Open Foundation.

    Mr. Wunderlich's extensive travel and life experiences has taught him that it is vital to give back and help be part of the solution to the world's problems. Mr. Wunderlich received his Bachelors of Science in finance and MBA from Missouri State University. During his time at Missouri State he contributed to the golf team and was recognized as a scholar athlete. Mr. Wunderlich's hobbies and passions include golf, mountaineering, Crossfit and international travel.

    Michael Zimmer is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities at Urban Capital. Prior to Urban Capital, Mr. Zimmer was the founder and former CEO of CTM Enterprises, Inc. (DBA Purafilter 2000) from 1996 to 2009 where he built a Company that averaged multiple millions of dollars in annual sales. Mr. Zimmer is a Founding Member of the Rotary International Las Vegas West and Rotary International Downtown Club. He is a member of NAFA (National Air Filtration Association), board member of Goodwill Industries Nevada, and attended UNLV.

    Prior to FundingPost, Aaron founded Alumwire, Inc. where he managed corporate networking events during the early days of the Company in Berkeley, CA. He drove the Company's strategic direction, business development, technical activity, and marketing activities as its CEO. Aaron has been named by BusinessWeek as one of "The Top 25 Young Entrepreneurs." Aaron has been also featured on NBC, CBS and CNET. The initial sales of $100K+ from Alumwire's Fortune 500 beta clients led to a $1.4 million dollar financing round. Aaron successfully exited Alumwire in 2011.

    Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to attending the University of California, Berkeley, Aaron attended a private, technical high school in Los Angeles where he majored in computer science and developed games in Visual C++, C++, Visual Basic and Javascript. He programmed e-commerce web sites for several companies and organizations in the southern California area during his teenage years.
