    Martin had previously worked in publishing and telecommunications in both the U.S. and Europe before taking up real estate investing full time. He originally came to the Seattle area to join Microsoft, after completing his MBA in Finance and Strategy at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.

    Martin is an aviation historian, angel investor, and a tireless football fan. He lives on Bainbridge Island with his wife of eleven years, Dianne, and their daughter.

    Peter Weiss's career includes more than thirty years of finance and managerial experience; a dozen years consulting on corporate finance and general management issues for early stage companies; and twenty-five years as an early stage investor.

    Mr. Weissís consulting practice centers on tailoring capital structures and financing plans to match a businessís capital needs, economics and long-term goals. His experience as a manager and an arms-length investor provides a context for understanding the goals of different stakeholders and has led him to think carefully about how to foster alignment between and among disparate parties. His wide-ranging background has allowed him to develop a variety of tools and techniques to help attract capital and return cash and profits to investors and owners.

    Mr. Weissís business principles are rooted in his familyís specialty food company where he worked while growing up. His professional career began on Wall Street with mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buy-outs. His consulting clients include technology, retail, service and manufacturing companies. Mr. Weiss has owned and operated businesses, served on multiple Boards of Directors and been active in a variety of community service organizations.

    Gary Ritner has been involved in the financial services industry for over 40 years. For the last 30 years he has been self-employed in the investment banking field. His three main activities are raising funds for early stage companies, business brokerage, and consulting. Prior he was a stockbroker. He has helped fund over thirty companies. He has brokered numerous business including a distribution company, a door manufacturer, and construction company. Presently, he is brokering a manufacturer of material handling equipment. He is the founder and Manager of the Puget Sound Venture Club, pugetsoundvc.com, a forum to review early-stage venture opportunities. Since the founding in 1985, present and past members, using the Club resources and their own contacts, have invested approximately $102 million in over 770 companies. Membership is restricted to accredited investors that have a minimum net worth, not including residence, of $1 million and some history of venture investing.

    Scott has been involved with earl-stage investing since 1997. Acorn was the lead investor and managed IPOs for Coinstar, Infospace and ImageX. Prior to joining Acorn, Scott had a 25 year career in consumer goods marketing. He began with Jewel Companies supermarkets, then moved to General Mills where he managed Wheaties and Betty Crocker dessert mix businesses and the Wallpapers To Go decorating store chain. For eight years he was Chief Marketing Officer at Cole National Corporation, a 3000 store specialty retailer (dba Pearle Vision Centers, Sears Optical, Things Remembered). He has also been engaged in consulting assignments for Polaroid, 3M, Pizza Hut, Citicorp and American Airlines. Scott graduated from Yale University and has an MBA from the University of Chicago.

In 2008, Villette launched HomeSavvi, a social-media company focused on home and garden solutions for consumers, which she sold to Porch in 2012. Prior to HomeSavvi, she was CEO of international SaaS software company, NetReflector, which she sold to GMI in 2005. Villette is an active participant in the Pacific Northwest high tech entrepreneurial community and has served on the boards of WTIA, Seraph Capital Forum, NWEN and MIT Enterprise Forum.

Autosport Labs delivered their primary Indiegogo perks on time and has now launched RaceCapture/Pro for direct sales and via their distributor network. Simultaneously launched is the cloud-based racing data analysis and sharing site race-capture.com, often described as the fitbit + MapMyRun for Motorsports. Brent has over 15 years of experience in the high tech startup world, leading teams while blending best-of-breed hardware and software into compelling and novel solutions.
