In 2002 he pivoted into Market & Technology Research at ABI Research, Inc as Director of Broadband & Consumer Electronics, and in 2006 he join Gemstar-TV Guide as Director, Mobile Entertainment. From 2009 to January 2011 he worked for Rovi(Macrovision) as Director, Mobile Product Development and later Director, Mobile/Social Platform Product Management.

    Chris Tyrrell is the Managing Director of Right Strategies, an M&A and venture consulting firm and Manager of Nehemiah Investments, a family investment office -- both based in Princeton, NJ. Chris started college in an early-entrance program at age 15 -- he is a graduate of the University of Texas and the University of Virginia School of Law. After a brief career in politics working on the campaigns of Steve Forbes for President and Bill Simon for California Governor, he spent four years on Wall Street as a finance attorney, primarily focusing on asset-based finance, in the corporate finance department of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. From 2006 to 2010, he was involved in corporate and asset-backed financing transactions totaling over USD $60 billion. He is currently focused on M&A and venture strategies in energy efficiency, transportation and - of course - crowdfunding. He and his wife have eight children and currently reside in Princeton, New Jersey.
