Ellen is also Managing Director of Antiphony, a strategic consulting firm that helps companies create sustainable value, responsible for the Leadership Development practice. Prior to that, Ellen spent twelve years at Shared Medical Systems where she was responsible for initiatives encompassing organizational development, customer support and corporate communications. She also has served as a senior consultant for Andersen Consulting. Ellen graduated from The Wharton School with a B.S. in economics.

Elizabeth D. Sigety, is a partner at Fox Rothschild. She focuses her practice on business, finance and securities transactions, including private placements, public offerings, secured transactions, mergers and acquisitions, franchising and a wide variety of general corporate work. Liz co-chairs the firmís Franchising Group and is also a member of the Securities Group and Technology & Venture Finance Group. Liz serves as a Board Member of Doylestown Hospital as well as The Village Improvement Association of Doylestown, PA. Liz received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. cum laude from Yale College.

J. Skyler Fernandes is a venture capitalist at Centripetal Capital Partners, an early stage venture fund with an innovative investment structure, and invests across industry sectors, such as internet, telecom, energy, nano-technology, and healthcare. Centripetal invests $1-3M, and up to $10M over the life of a company. Mr. Fernandes leads a number of global initiatives, including the Missing Middle Initiative, launched at the World Economic Forum in Davos, focused on creating funds that invest $100K-$3M, a critical financing gap for early-mid stage businesses globally. He is a venture mentor at ER Accelerator, a New York City incubator and works with a number of organizations to create global entrepreneurial eco-systems, such as angel groups, incubators, and entrepreneur fellowships, such as Endeavor and Echoing Green. Mr. Fernandes is also a serial entrepreneur, co-founding several internet companies and advises a number of startups.

Additionally, Mr. Fernandes serves as COO of the South African Chamber of Commerce in America (SACCA), where he focuses on facilitating trans-Atlantic business opportunities between the United Stated and South Africa. Previously, Mr. Fernandes worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse, in the asset securitization group at Societe Generale, and raised capital for Latin American corporations at Standard Bank. He graduated a year early from New York University summa cum laude, due to coursework at Harvard University where he studied Quantum Physics and Foreign Policy.

Zachary A. Cherry brings more than ten years of comprehensive finance, investment and strategic advisory experience to the Caerus team. Over the course of a decade on Wall Street, he has developed an acute proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analytics, negotiation as well as complex transaction structuring.

In 1997, Mr. Cherry began a successful career on Wall Street as a Financial Analyst in Salomon Brotherís Investment Banking Division. He acquired both domestic and international, corporate finance and broad market experience, working in Salomonís New York and London Offices. In 1999 Cherry joined Neuberger Berman as an Equities Analyst. In his 6 years at Neuberger, Zachary ascended to Senior Lodging & Leisure Analyst, formulating proprietary investment ideas for recommendation to Neubergerís portfolio management team. He went on to found Cherry Capital LLC, a boutique strategic and finance advisory firm facilitating financing, development and investment across an expansive array of industries.

Cherry graduated from Brown University in May 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics. Mr. Cherry currently serves as Chief Operating Office of Chadwickís Products LLC and as a Special Advisor for Inmoo.
