Ellen Weber is the Executive Director of Robin Hood Ventures, responsible for operations and administration.

Ellen is also Managing Director of Antiphony, a strategic consulting firm that helps companies create sustainable value, responsible for the Leadership Development practice. Prior to that, Ellen spent twelve years at Shared Medical Systems where she was responsible for initiatives encompassing organizational development, customer support and corporate communications. She also has served as a senior consultant for Andersen Consulting. Ellen graduated from The Wharton School with a B.S. in economics.

Liz is a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, a national law firm with approximately 800 attorneys in 22 offices coast to coast. She is co-chair of the firmís National Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Practice and co-chair of the firmís Franchising, Licensing and Distribution Practice. Liz focuses her practice on a wide variety of corporate work, with an emphasis on the representation of fast-growth, venture-backed companies and businesses that wish to expand through franchising. She earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from Yale College.

Liz is also Managing Director and Co-Founder of Delaware Crossing Investor Group, an angel investor network with chapters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In this capacity, she has been investing and advising start-up companies in the PA, NJ, NY, CT and DE region for over a decade. She is also a frequent speaker and writer, especially on issues facing emerging businesses, franchised businesses and women-led businesses and serves on numerous committees and organizations in the venture capital and franchise arena.

Liz has four children and resides in Bedminster, PA.

J. Skyler Fernandes is ranked as a Powerlist 100 VC and the Managing Director of Investments at Cleveland Avenue, a private equity and venture capital fund focused on restaurants, food and beverage brands, and food and beverage technology, as well as an incubator lab for new concepts, and a consulting group with leading industry veterans across real estate, franchising, operations, marketing / branding, technology, and food science. The group was founded by the former CEO of McDonald's.

Previously, Mr. Fernandes founded and was the Managing Director of Simon Venture Group (SVG), the venture capital arm of Simon Property Group, an S&P 100 company, and the largest retail real estate company in the world. SVG is ranked by CB Insights as a top 5 corporate venture group within retail and focuses on investing in retail technology, rising new brands, and internet of things for smart cities / buildings.

Mr. Fernandes is the founder of One Match Ventures, an angel fund, and has developed key entrepreneur resources, such as "The Best Startup Pitch Deck"​, a top ranked investor pitch deck template online, viewed and downloaded over 500,000+ times and used by accelerators and business schools. Mr. Fernandes graduated early from New York University (NYU), summa cum laude, due to his studies at Harvard University in Physics and Foreign Policy. Mr. Fernandes is an adjunct professor at NYU, teaching Venture Capital Intensive, and is a frequent speaker on venture capital and entrepreneurship. Mr. Fernandes also gave a TEDx Talk on Venture Capital, called "Innovating the Financing of Innovation".

Zachary A. Cherry brings more than ten years of comprehensive finance, investment and strategic advisory experience to the Caerus team. Over the course of a decade on Wall Street, he has developed an acute proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analytics, negotiation as well as complex transaction structuring.

In 1997, Mr. Cherry began a successful career on Wall Street as a Financial Analyst in Salomon Brotherís Investment Banking Division. He acquired both domestic and international, corporate finance and broad market experience, working in Salomonís New York and London Offices. In 1999 Cherry joined Neuberger Berman as an Equities Analyst. In his 6 years at Neuberger, Zachary ascended to Senior Lodging & Leisure Analyst, formulating proprietary investment ideas for recommendation to Neubergerís portfolio management team. He went on to found Cherry Capital LLC, a boutique strategic and finance advisory firm facilitating financing, development and investment across an expansive array of industries.

Cherry graduated from Brown University in May 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics. Mr. Cherry currently serves as Chief Operating Office of Chadwickís Products LLC and as a Special Advisor for Inmoo.
