    Prior to working at Robin Hood, John worked at Seton Company as the Controller for North, Central, and South America. Seton Company is among the world's largest suppliers of automotive leather. Before becoming Controller, John was the Special Projects Manager where he did business acquisition and development, product pricing, and the implementation of company-wide strategic initiatives. In addition to his work with Seton, John spent eight years developing cardiovascular catheters for B. Braun Medical, Inc.

    John holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and an M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Drexel University.

He has served as a board member of mobile dating company MeetMoi, independent music ecosystem ReverbNation, and social gaming company Ryzing. Prior to Artists & Instigators, Bifano founded online community provider Egenda.net, which was acquired by Aroundcampus. Bifano's experience growing businesses includes his leadership roles at enterprise integration software provider Boomi, which was acquired by Dell, and he was a member of the leadership team at healthcare data and analytics provider Health Market Science. Bifano began his career at Accenture as a technology programmer and has a B.S. in Industrial Engineer from Penn State University. He lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA with his wife and three children.

    Gil Beyda is a seasoned entrepreneur turned venture capitalist. Gil launched his first company Mind Games in 1982 to develop games for the original Apple II. Gil then started a software consulting firm with Fortune 100 clients in the U.S., Asia and Europe.

    In 1995, Gil helped pioneer Internet advertising by founding Real Media, the first online ad network and ad server company. After Real Media was acquired in 2001, Gil pioneered the next wave of online advertising as CTO of TACODA, the first behavioral targeting, ad network. Following AOLís acquisition of TACODA in 2007, Gil founded Genacast Ventures in partnership with Comcast Ventures.

Prior to raising $115 milllion for Odeon Capital Partners I, Mr. Finkle had a 20-year career in the fields of entrepreneurial management, general management, corporate development and marketing in the computer software industry. He served as Vice President of Corporate Business Development at Computer Associates International, and prior to Computer Associates' acquisition of Cheyenne Software, served as Cheyenne's Vice President of Corporate Development and Corporate Marketing where he had overall responsibility for corporate and product positioning. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Cheyenne's Unix Division. Prior to Cheyenne, Mr. Finkle was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Applied Programming Technologies, which he represented for sale to Cheyenne in 1993. Early in his career, Mr. Finkle co-founded N/Hance Systems a peripheral manufacturing and software development company. Today Mr. Finkle serves as Chairman of Service Channel Inc, a web based transaction management platform providor to the service maintanance industry, and Managing Member of two TV direct response entities. Mr. Finkle also serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of PSCH a not-for-profit serving the mentally ill and developmentally disabled.

    Christine Landon is the founder and CEO of WebFinancial, LLC, a crowdfunding-based financial system startup based in Providence, Rhode Island.

    Before founding WebFinancial, Christine had a diverse 19 year career in financial services, including positions as a research associate for Cambridge Associates, and positions in actuarial consulting and analysis, and product development for small mutual and Fortune 10 insurance firms, including General Electric, Liberty Mutual and NASSurety. She is a patented inventor and certified in Six Sigma.

    Ms. Landon graduated from the University of Vermont undergraduate school of business administration, with a concentration in finance and accounting, after attending Tufts University for her pre-medical studies.

    Chris Tyrrell is the Managing Director of Right Strategies, an M&A and venture consulting firm and Manager of Nehemiah Investments, a family investment office -- both based in Princeton, NJ. Chris started college in an early-entrance program at age 15 -- he is a graduate of the University of Texas and the University of Virginia School of Law. After a brief career in politics working on the campaigns of Steve Forbes for President and Bill Simon for California Governor, he spent four years on Wall Street as a finance attorney, primarily focusing on asset-based finance, in the corporate finance department of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. From 2006 to 2010, he was involved in corporate and asset-backed financing transactions totaling over USD $60 billion. He is currently focused on M&A and venture strategies in energy efficiency, transportation and - of course - crowdfunding. He and his wife have eight children and currently reside in Princeton, New Jersey.
