Mark serves on the board of Innroad, Inc., a SAAS (Software as a Service) company for hotel management ( For many years (since 1982) his day job was as founder and CEO, and then non-operating Chairman of a group of software companies which provided software, systems, and transaction services to the pharmaceutical fulfillment industry(*). After a series of acquisitions and mergers, that company announced two liquidity events in 2006 and 2007. One division was sold to a public company, the other division to a private equity firm. Markís earlier experience included Director of Planning for a publicly held computer consulting firm; and Manager of Strategic Planning for a division of PepsiCo, Inc.     Douglas S. Ellenoff, a member of the Firm since its founding in 1992, is a corporate and securities attorney with a specialty in business transactions and corporate financings.
