    Peter Weiss’s career includes more than thirty years of finance and managerial experience; a dozen years consulting on corporate finance and general management issues for early stage companies; and twenty-five years as an early stage investor.

    Mr. Weiss’s consulting practice centers on tailoring capital structures and financing plans to match a business’s capital needs, economics and long-term goals. His experience as a manager and an arms-length investor provides a context for understanding the goals of different stakeholders and has led him to think carefully about how to foster alignment between and among disparate parties. His wide-ranging background has allowed him to develop a variety of tools and techniques to help attract capital and return cash and profits to investors and owners.

    Mr. Weiss’s business principles are rooted in his family’s specialty food company where he worked while growing up. His professional career began on Wall Street with mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buy-outs. His consulting clients include technology, retail, service and manufacturing companies. Mr. Weiss has owned and operated businesses, served on multiple Boards of Directors and been active in a variety of community service organizations.

    Saqib brings more than 15 years’ experience in technology companies as an executive, a founder, and an investor. He has extensive experience in both enterprise and consumer technologies. His career has spanned multiple industries and sectors including software, health care, education, investments and finance, and clean technology. This experience comes to bear in his multifaceted role as CEO at Conceivian, as software architect, start-up mentor, business strategist, and trusted advisor in a variety of areas to a broad array of client businesses.

    Earlier in his career, Saqib spent eight years at Microsoft in key technology and management roles. He later went on to found the Internet venture Metafos Inc., aimed at revolutionizing the payment systems industry. Metafos was later acquired by an Australian-based private equity firm at $70 million valuation. He also founded InCampus.com, which was widely recognized as a major step forward in social commerce systems for college students.

    Saqib holds a B.S. in Computer Information Sciences from Minnesota State University. Saqib is a voracious reader, an amateur poet, a health nut, and is personally and professionally committed to building out the forthcoming “New Economy” in which he sees a convergence of social, environmental and economic interests.

    Mr. Chavez is currently the Founder and CEO of SRT Entertainment a music production company based in Southern California. A serial Entrepreneur, he founded Lynx Financial Services, Inc. His roll at Lynx consisted of raising investment capital necessary for startup, the recruiting of key management and staff, the architect of core technologies, and the management of product development. The entire concept of Instant Issuance of credit cards was developed under Mr. Chavez’s supervision and the company then sold in 2003. Prior to the success of Lynx, Mr Chavez spent six years as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Soban Platoken Corporation until the company sold in 1998. He then moved on to take the role as Vice President of Ursus Telecom Corporation (Formerly NASDAQ: UTCC) an international telecommunications provider. Mr. Chavez holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and Master degree in Computer Science at the University of California at Berkeley.

    Daniel joined Voyager Capital as a Senior Analyst in 2010 and is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting Voyager's supervision of the existing portfolio. Previously, Daniel has worked as a Financial Analyst at Banc of America Securities in the Global Investment Banking Group with a focus on technology sector advisory services, while most recently having experience in Asset Management with Goldman, Sachs & Co. At Goldman Sachs, Daniel split duties within the Investment Management Division as a Financial Analyst and as the Management Analyst for the Seattle office. In his role he assisted in the management of assets for ultra-wealthy individuals and families, as well as for foundations, endowments and institutions across the Pacific Northwest and West Coast. Daniel graduated from the University of Washington in 2008 with Bachelor of Arts degrees from the Foster School of Business with an emphasis in Finance, and from the College of Arts in English. He graduated from the Foster School at the top of his class with summa cum laude distinction and was a University of Washington President’s Medal finalist. Daniel currently serves on the Finance Committee for the First Tee of Greater Seattle and is a published short story author.
