He also previously worked at Broadview International, providing M&A advisory services to companies in the Internet, software and communications infrastructure markets. Earlier in his career, Mark served as an associate consultant at PTG, a management consultancy, where he provided strategic advice to both Fortune 500 and early-stage technology companies.

Prior to Osage, he worked at Teradyne, Inc., a Boston-based manufacturer of semiconductor test equipment, where he was a mechanical engineer before becoming a project manager. David led the firm's investment in Yaupon Therapeutics, where he serves on the company's Board of Directors. He is also a board observer of InstaMed, Melior Discovery, HardMetrics and ProtonMedia.

    He is a native of Savannah, NY, and graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and an MBA from The Wharton School.

    David resides in Philadelphia, PA.

    Kerry is an entrepreneur and executive who will be leading the 2010 DreamIt program. Kerry is the Founder of Holiday Golightly, an online travel service specializing in girlfriend getaway trips. She also provides marketing and strategy consulting to senior executives at companies such as AllRecipes.com, LexisNexis, Payscale, and Taleo. She has 17 years of strategic planning and operational management experience, having served as Vice President of Business Development at Jobster and Classmates.com, Managing Director & Vice President of Market Planning at LexisNexis, and Consultant at both McKinsey & Company and Andersen Consulting. Her experience also includes several stints at start-ups, holding management roles at MarketSpan and CourtLink before their acquisition by LexisNexis and at Automated Catalogue Services before its acquisition by Sterling Commerce. Kerry was the editor of the book "CRAVE Austin: The Urban Girls’ Manifesto" (2009), and the co-publisher/editor of "The Parisian Cowboy’s Guide to the Round Top Experience" (2010). Kerry holds a BA in Biology from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

    He has 15 years of advanced technology research, strategy and business development experience in the networking and mobile industry. He has served on several industrial standards committees, authored more than 40 peer-reviewed technical publications and has 21 granted patents.

Debbie graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania's Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology.     Anne Shehab is Managing Director of Golden Seeds, and an active angel investor. She co-leads the life science investing for the group. Prior to this, she led all business strategy and M&A activities for the fastest-growing division of DuPont, including development and implementation of top-line growth strategies, and portfolio management of the platform’s SBUs. Before joining DuPont, Anne was VP, Business Development, of Valeritas, an advanced drug delivery start-up, where she spearheaded multi-million dollar alliances with major pharma companies. Anne has held senior leadership positions in strategy, marketing and M&A at big pharma and medical device companies. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Rice University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

    Gil Beyda is a seasoned entrepreneur turned venture capitalist. Gil launched his first company Mind Games in 1982 to develop games for the original Apple II. Gil then started a software consulting firm with Fortune 100 clients in the U.S., Asia and Europe.

    In 1995, Gil helped pioneer Internet advertising by founding Real Media, the first online ad network and ad server company. After Real Media was acquired in 2001, Gil pioneered the next wave of online advertising as CTO of TACODA, the first behavioral targeting, ad network. Following AOL’s acquisition of TACODA in 2007, Gil founded Genacast Ventures in partnership with Comcast Ventures.

    Karen Griffith Gryga is an experienced venture capitalist and investor with over 15 years of transaction experience. Karen is the Executive Director of MAG, The Mid-Atlantic Angel Group, which has two angel funds under management. The Mid-Atlantic Angel Group Funds I & II, LP (MAG I & II) were created to bridge the gap between angel funding and institutional venture capital funding serving the Mid-Atlantic region. Karen is also Co-Founder and CEO of FashInvest, an initiative focused on emerging growth entrepreneurs within Branded Goods, Fashion and Retail and Technologies that intersect Branded Goods, Fashion and Retail. The goal of FashInvest is to create a business platform focused on bringing together entrepreneurs, investors and industry executives to foster the growth and development of emerging growth enterprises within Branded Goods, Fashion and Retail. Previously, Karen was a Founder and Partner of Liberty Venture Partners, a Philadelphia based venture fund established in 1997. Karen holds a MBA in decision analysis from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania (with Distinction). At the same time as Wharton, Karen obtained a Masters in Computer Science from the Moore School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania. Karen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in computer science (Phi Beta Kappa) from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
