    Charles is currently the Managing Member for Bricolage Ventures, LLC where he works as an angel investor and as a consultant with early stage startups helping them to reach fundability. As serial entrepreneur he has started 7 different companies in several different industries each with successful liquidity events He has been a Venture Capital backed software CEO and his businesses have been in a broad range of industries that include Senior Services, Event Services, Film and Video Production, Gemstones, and Software. He was the number 2 person for a division of Oracle. He started his career as an accountant in the insurance industry and is a past member of the Insurance Accountants Association. He has a BFA in Art, with emphasis in Sculptor from Pacific Northwest College of Art (2004), a Microsoft Certification (MCSE 1995), and a B.S. in Business and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley (1980). He has served on over 15 Board of Directors, both for profit and non profit.

    Growing up in the big sky state of Montana, Todd learned first hand the value of relationships, hard work and community at a young age. After attending the Business School at Eastern Montana College, Todd has 18 years of experience in the business community building his acumen and relationship network. The majority of those years were spent working for Bernard Rapaport, the billionaire CEO of American Income Life Insurance, where Todd started in sales and successfully worked his way up to the top agent in the nation and a role as regional manager. Over the years, Todd has developed a wide and influential association of business relationships throughout the northwest. Recently Todd has experience working as an investor relations advisor and assisted in the fundraising for several prominent local startup companies including NodeLogic Networks, BioPassword, PayScale and LINQware to name a few. Todd donates considerable time and energy to several regional charities and non-profits including the City Team Menís Homeless Shelter, Hope Heart Institute, American Cancer Society, and the Washington State Wine Industry.

    Prior to founding ZINO Society, Cathi Hatch has held executive roles and consulted in the restaurant business for over twenty-five years, including her work as director of operations for Schwartz Brothers Restaurants and regional vice president for Restaurants Unlimited, Inc. She currently holds leadership positions on a number of for-profit and nonprofit boards including Zones, Inc.; Cinnaroll Bakeries Ltd.; Pacific Northwest Ballet; YMCA, PONCHO and the United Way of King County. Ms. Hatch has served as the president of HatchMatch, a consulting business that works with businesses and nonprofits to maximize the impact of philanthropy in the community, and has served as a facilitator and trainer for a variety of companies.

    Mr. Ritner has been involved in the financial services industry for over 35 years. For the last 25 years he has been self-employed in the Investment Banking field. His focus has been raising funds for early stage companies. He has been involved in numerous private offerings including Eden Bioscience, Primus Knowledge Solutions, Courtlink, Bainbridge Sciences, Door-to-Door Storage, Targeted Growth, Acadio, Cybercamps, and Tullyís Coffee. He is a registered investment advisor and refers clients to third-party managers. He occasionally consults to early-stage companies. Prior he was a stock broker.

    He is the founder and administrator of the Puget Sound Venture Club, a forum to review early-stage venture opportunities. Since the founding in 1985, members, using the Club resources and their own contacts, have invested in over 500 companies. Membership is restricted to accredited investors that have a history of venture investing.

    Byron McCann, Angel Investor Byron McCann, Angel Investor

    Mr. McCann is a co-founder of Ascent Partners, an advisory firm specializing in information technology which has completed transactions with GE, Amazon, Microsoft, and Computer Associates. He was previously an investment banker with Corum Group where he concluded transactions with GT Interactive, Disney, SunGard, SPSS and Xerox. Mr. McCann is a former Chief Operating Officer of MediaLink, a company focused on emerging multimedia networking technologies funded by Paul Allen. He also co-founded genSoft, a database software company acquired by Computer Associates, and worked at Ernst & Young's national telecommunications consulting group. Mr. McCann has an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and an AB from Harvard. Mr. McCann currently serves as acting CEO of Service Intelligence, Inc., is on the board of the WSA (formerly Washington Sofware Alliance), and is president of the International Mystery Shopping Alliance. Bryon is also a Venture Partner with The Prism Opportunity Fund and an Active Angel Investor
