    Igor Sill is a Managing Director and co-founder of Geneva Venture Partners. He is also the Founder and Chairman of GenevaGroup International, Inc. Prior to forming GenevaGroup he served as Vice President for Visual Engineering, a 3D graphics software company, founding management team member of INGRES, and Director, Sales and Support for MicroPro International (renamed WordStar) during its high growth pre IPO period. He is also the co-Managing Partner of Hambrecht Geneva Ventures, a third venture fund he formed in 2006. He is also the Managing Director of Hambrecht Geneva Ventures, and Managing Director of Geneva Venture Partners I & II, a Limited Partner of Benchmark Capital, Norwest Venture Partners, Brentwood Affiliates Fund I & II, Granite Ventures, Angel Partners Fund I (the Google investor), and Vertical Ventures LLC. He was a direct private investor in Salesforce.com, Tumbleweed, Callixa (SAP), Siebel Systems, Cohesiant, eBenefits.com, Extricity(PRGN), Finjan, NetGravity, Rubric ( KANA), Weblogic ( BEA Systems) and iWitness ( ZANTAZ), and was an early investor in Powersoft, Microsoft, Sapiens, GigaNet ( EMLX) Ingres, Oracle, and SmartStar Corporation. Igor received his MBA from Oxford University, Said Business School and is a member of Merton College. Prior to InterWest, Cleveland was one of the original members of the Siebel executive team. At Siebel, he held numerous executive positions including SVP and GM of Products, SVP and GM of the OnDemand and SMB divisions and Senior VP of Marketing and Alliances. In the latter capacity, he is widely credited with creating the most effective alliance organization in the enterprise software industry. Cleveland also held executive positions in engineering and product management at Apple Computer and Oracle Corporation, and prior to Oracle, he held technical support and management positions at AT&T.

All were deals in which Altos was the lead investor in the seed or first institutional round of funding. Before joining Altos Ventures in 1996, Ho worked at Silicon Graphics (SGI) and Octel Communications (acquired by Lucent). Ho began his VC career at Trinity Ventures in 1990 and began his professional career at Bain & Company where he advised clients in the Semiconductor industry on product and corporate strategy.

Neil is currently on the board of directors of Nextance, and enterprise contract management software company, and has served on the board of both publicly-traded companies and private companies, including AdForce, CareerBuilder, and More.com. Neil is on the advisory board of the MIT/Stanford Venture Lab, and has been a judge at U.C. Berkeley, Stanford, and Harvard business plan competitions.

She also was an entrepreneur-in-residence at SK Global Accelerator (SKGA), providing strategic advice for the business expansion of SKGA�s portfolio companies into the Asian market. Ms Han-You�s experience in technology expansion began at NetManage, Inc. where, as the Director of Business Development, she was responsible for taking the company�s products to Korea and other parts of South East Asia. In her subsequent position as International Sales Director of Mercantec, Inc., Ms. Han-You was responsible for expanding and localizing software products into 15 previously untapped international markets, single handedly contributing to twenty percent of the company�s revenues. Ms. Han-You also held a senior software engineering position at Apple Computer.
