    Susan co-founded SeaPoint Ventures in July 1997. She is involved in all aspects of the Firm's venture capital activities including deal-flow generation, review of proposals, due diligence, deal structuring and portfolio management. Susan is also actively involved in public relations, investor relations and the management of the firm's financial and administrative functions. Susan began her career at Price Waterhouse in Houston, Texas. She subsequently held financial executive positions in several privately held, entrepreneurial companies in both Houston and Seattle. Susan is actively involved in Northwest organizations. She was the past President of the Evergreen Venture Capital Association and an originating Board member for the Northwest Chapter of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs. Susan has been a long-standing mentor in the University of Washington's MBA Mentor Program and was previously an Advisory Board member of Seattle University's Entrepreneurship Center. Susan is a Board Director of Entomo, Inc. Susan served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of SNAPin Software, Inc. and remains a financial advisor to SNAPin. Susan is the active Interim Chief Financial Officer of ZenZui, Inc. Susan received both her BA and MBA from the University of Washington.

    Michael Butler is Chairman and the CEO of Cascadia Capital. Prior to co-founding Cascadia Capital, Michael served as a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers responsible for global equity sales and equity syndicate. He also served on the firm's Equity Commitment Committee, Equity Syndicate Committee and Private Equity Commitment Committee. Prior to his work with Lehman Brothers, Michael served as a Principal with Morgan Stanley & Company where he was responsible for divisional global product and risk management and was a member of the division's Operating Committee. He has been involved in numerous equity financing transactions for both public and private companies. Michael holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. in International Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

    Mr. Ritner has been involved in the financial services industry for over 35 years. For the last 25 years he has been self-employed in the Investment Banking field. His focus has been raising funds for early stage companies. He has been involved in numerous private offerings including Eden Bioscience, Primus Knowledge Solutions, Courtlink, Bainbridge Sciences, Door-to-Door Storage, Targeted Growth, Acadio, Cybercamps, and Tully’s Coffee. He is a registered investment advisor and refers clients to third-party managers. He occasionally consults to early-stage companies. Prior he was a stock broker.

    He is the founder and administrator of the Puget Sound Venture Club, a forum to review early-stage venture opportunities. Since the founding in 1985, members, using the Club resources and their own contacts, have invested in over 500 companies. Membership is restricted to accredited investors that have a history of venture investing.

    Denny joined FVP at its inception in 1982 with substantial experience in the areas of finance, operations management and retail merchandising and was solely responsible for FVP's venture capital activities from 1982 until 1997. Denny's responsibilities include overall fund management and administration as well as deal flow-generation, due diligence, deal structuring and portfolio management. He currently serves on the Boards of Carena, Inc., ISR, Inc., PayScale, Inc. and Pacific Star Communications, Inc.

    With over 20 years in the venture capital industry and deep experience gained through his involvement with 44 portfolio companies, Denny brings a wealth of understanding of the investment and portfolio management process. He is known for his strengths in strategic and financial planning, mentoring and coaching the chief executive, and in maintaining a disciplined approach to corporate governance.

    Prior to joining Fluke Venture Partners, Denny spent four years in public accounting in Seattle and five years as a member of senior management responsible for the operations of two sister corporations involved in manufacturing and distribution in Seattle and Anchorage.

    Often lauded as an early leader in the Pacific Northwest venture capital industry, Denny was a founder of the Evergreen Venture Capital Association and has long been active in business and community affairs.

    Denny received his BA in business administration, from Central Washington University and his MBA, with honors, from the University of Washington. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. Denny is married and has two grown children and enjoys fly fishing, bird hunting and spending time working in his garage or outdoors.

    Martin had previously worked in publishing and telecommunications in both the U.S. and Europe before taking up real estate investing full time. He originally came to the Seattle area to join Microsoft, after completing his MBA in Finance and Strategy at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.

    Martin is an aviation historian, angel investor, and a tireless football fan. He lives on Bainbridge Island with his wife of eleven years, Dianne, and their daughter.
