    Sean Schickedanz, CPV General Partner, founded Sunflower Capital Partners, a generalist venture fund focused on the same early stage that Clean Pacific Ventures targets. Of twelve portfolio companies at Sunflower Capital Partners structured and negotiated by Sean, six remain viable and active, including Angiogenix, USBX, Impres Medical and CallTower. Sean has been a director of eight start-ups at different stages of development. He was previously a Managing Director and group head within the consumer investment banking practice of Banc of America Securities, formerly Montgomery Securities. Sean received a BA in English from Brigham Young University and a JD and an MBA from the Duke University School of Law and the Fuqua School of Business, respectively.

Prior to his venture capital career, John had broad experience in senior financial and general management roles over a 20-year period in the pharmaceutical, semiconductor and software industries and was a co-founder of 3 successful software companies. As a venture capitalist, John has been a member of 14 board of directors of both private and public companies and currently serves on the boards of four private companies. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and Finance and an MBA in Finance from San Jose State University and did Ph.D. work in Finance at the University of Santa Clara.

    Mr. Roger Liao joined Acer Technology Ventures (ATV) in late 1998 and was a Partner and Vice President of Investments since 2000. Previously, Mr. Liao was in charge of the U.S. operation of Acer Neweb Corp, now Wistron Neweb, listed in Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE: 6285). Prior to that, he was a consultant in sales and marketing, strategic alliance, investment, and business development between Silicon Valley and Asia. He helped co-founded ATronics in 1985 with customers including then PC Limited, now Dell Computer, and Axik Computer in 1990, earning over twenty Best Buy/Editor's Choice Awards in the two-year span with customers including federal and state governments. He also spent five years in engineering positions at STC/CRC, Ungermann-Bass and Sharp Taiwan. His experience covers engineering, manufacturing, business development, sales and marketing as well as venture investment. He is currently a Venture Partner and has involved with several companies as either a board director or advisor. He manages a few companies within which some focus on the Asia market with offices in China and Taiwan. His main interests are in areas such as semiconductors, display technology, broadband communications, wireless Internet and nanotechnology.

    Mr. Foote has been a venture capitalist investing in early-stage companies for the past 9 years. He is active on the board of directors of Eoplex Technologies, Everyone.net, ezboard, and Integrated Materials Inc. and he is an observer on the boards of Altierre Corporation, Solaicx and Green Border Technologies.

    Before venture investing, Mr. Foote was a management consultant with Boston Consulting Group, working in a wide range of industries such as telecom, computers, healthcare, banking, and automotive on topics ranging from strategic alliances to Internet strategies. Mr. Foote also worked as a systems engineer for AT&T Bell Laboratories, developing artificial intelligence systems for testing the most complicated telecommunications networks.

    Mr. Foote is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the University of California's Haas School of Business and also has taught classes on entrepreneurship and venture capital funding at the University of Michigan's Business School, University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.

    Mr. Foote received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri Rolla (1988), and his MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business (1993), where he received the Shermett Award granted to the top 3% of students.
