    Prior to co-founding DFJ Gotham Ventures, Ross was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Interactive Imaginations, Inc., one of the East Coast's pioneering Internet companies, and the predecessor company to 24/7 Media, Inc. Ross helped manage Interactive Imaginations through the challenges of the early Internet advertising and eventually toward its successful merger and IPO as 24/7 Media.

    Prior to joining Interactive Imaginations, Ross was with Morgan Stanley for 13 years, where he had most recently been a senior banker responsible for equity financings for the firm's technology, telecommunications and media clients. Ross also serves on the Board of Directors of New York Cares, a non-profit volunteer service organization based in New York City.

    Ross received a B.S. in Applied Mathematics-Economics, magna cum laude, from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business

    Bob Greene is a co-founder of Contour Venture Partners and has been a venture capitalist since the late 1980's. He has invested in all stages of venture capital across several industry sectors.

    Prior to launching Contour, Bob was one of the three managing partners of Flatiron Partners. Located in New York City, Flatiron was a leading venture capital firm focused on the information technology sector. The firm backed over 50 companies with over $500 million of venture capital. Bob has also been an active private investor, where he has invested his own capital in emerging technology companies.

    Prior to joining Flatiron full time in 1999, Bob was a General Partner at Chase Capital Partners (also known as JPMorgan Partners). Bob joined Chase Capital in 1994 when it was known as Chemical Venture Partners. In the ensuing five years he started, built and led Chase Capital's Technology and Internet practice, which included building the technology team and portfolio within Chase Capital, launching Flatiron in New York City in 1996, backing Pitango Venture Capital in Israel in 1996, and launching Techfund Capital in Silicon Valley in 1997.

    Some of Bob's notable investments during his career include 3Dfx Interactive, Acurian, Agamatrix, Cobalt Networks, Complient, EXIT41, Fundquest, iXL Enterprises, GeoCities, Homebid.com, Kinkos.com, Masada Security, Multex, N*Able Technologies, Nextec, NuRide, Resonate, SeamlessWeb, Stamps.com, Total Pharmaceutical Care and Vindigo.

    Bob started his venture capital career in 1988 with Prudential Equity Investors (later known as Cornerstone Equity Partners) as a generalist investor, working on venture investments and buyouts in retailing, consumer, media, business services and healthcare services. Prior to this, he was a banker for five years with First Boston and Fleet Financial.

    Art has over 30 years of operating experience as a pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry executive and venture capital investor in life science companies. He has assembled a team of investment, biotechnology and medical experts who manage over $350 million and oversee investments in more than 40 portfolio companies. Prior to founding Pappas Ventures in 1994, Art held senior level leadership positions at several multinational pharmaceutical companies. He was an executive member of the board of directors of Glaxo Holdings plc, for which he was the chief executive responsible for international operations including research, development and manufacturing. Art previously was Vice President of Commercial Operations for Abbott International Ltd., and he held various executive and general management positions with Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals and the Dow Chemical Company, in the United States and internationally. Among the companies for which he currently serves as a director are: CeNeRx BioPharma, Genstruct, LEAD Therapeutics and TyRx Pharma. He was the founding CEO and is currently the chairman of CoLucid Pharmaceuticals.

    Some of the firm's representative investments include Cerexa Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Forest Laboratories); Syntonix Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Biogen Idec); Peninsula Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Johnson & Johnson); Panacos Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: PANC); NuVasive (Nasdaq: NUVA); Gene Logic (Nasdaq: GLGC); Nuvelo (Nasdaq: NUVO; previously Variagenics); and Arena Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: ARNA).

    Art is chairman of the North Carolina Biotechnology Center's Board of Directors and is a member of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) Medical Industry Group Advisory Board. He previously served on the boards of AtheroGenics (Nasdaq: AGIX), Embrex (Nasdaq: EMBX), Quintiles Transnational (Nasdaq: QTRN) and Valentis (Nasdaq: VLTS). Art is a decorated Vietnam veteran, having served as an officer in the US Army 101st Airborne Division and the Special Forces.

    An IBM corporate senior management type turned serial entrepreneur and now a venture capitalist/angel investor, matured by launching four successful start-ups and capitalizing them through liquidity events (without �going public�) wooing corporate buy-ins, private sales and spin-offs in the 1980-90s in fields that range from electronics, software and telecom which were based primarily in design/development & OEM manufacturing. Following a strict philosophy of �fully reinvesting of one�s profits, globally and on a cross-industry basis to balance one�s portfolio and mitigate economic risk �, has been able to leverage rapid equity growth and ownership in large infrastructure projects each exceeding $100 million in areas of power, telecom, mining and media.

    Then, since the late 1990s he has worked as a lead investment banker for three private equity, LBO and hedge funds and has a track record in raising major private equity funds and project financing of over $1 billion in last 3 years.

    Is an active non-executive Director on Board of Directors of four major global corporations. Also, is an Executive Director on the Board of Directors of 2 major corporations

    In addition, to being the Managing Director of Quantum Fund LLP, he also heads his angel fund with a close group of investors, Nanoinvest LLP and has invested over $3 million in 10 start-up ventures over last 2 years in nanotechnology, wireless, media and renewable energy.

    He has been on several US governmental and Presidential delegations to Asia , Europe and South America to foster trade and technology transfer with special interest in Greater China , Eastern Europe and West Africa. Has a Masters from University of Wisconsin and Bachelor of Engineering from BITS, India.

During this time he co-founded 2 Venture Capital funds, developed five commercial software products, funded over 25 technology companies and served on more than a dozen boards. Brad is a General Partner at i-Hatch Ventures, where he leads their wireless and broadband technology practices, serving on the boards of ZTango (acquired by WiderThan), Vindigo (acquired by Forside, LTD), ThumbPlay, LimeLife, M*Metrics, Reaxion, and Equator Technologies (acquired by PixelWorks). Prior to co-founding i-Hatch, Brad was a founding Partner of Lazard Technology Partners (LTP), the venture capital group of Lazard Frres & Co. LLC. At Lazard, Brad focused on wireless, internet and data communications technologies. Prior to Lazard, Brad was the Acting CFO and Director of Compatible Systems, a developer of IP routers and virtual private networking ("VPN") equipment. Brad raised three rounds of venture financing for Compatible, and was active in both business development and product strategy. Brad introduced the company to Cisco Systems who acquired it in March 2000.

Mr. Pietri has developed significant expertise and relationships in the Digital Heath sector targeted by the Fund. He has originated and/or guided over ten portfolio companies to successful exits, including numerous software and data businesses. His earlier financial experience includes co-heading the Technology and Communications Investment Banking Group at Legacy Securities, where he performed a broad range of capital raising, M&A and other financial advisory services. Mr. Pietri was also a member of Legacys direct investment team, which provided mezzanine and growth equity through its affiliate, Legacy Capital Partners. Mr. Pietri also has control investment experience, having worked as an Associate at Callier Interest, a private equity firm focused on middle market industrial distributors and manufacturers.

    Prior to his investment experience, Mr. Pietri ran IT consulting and direct sales for CompuSystems, an Atlanta-based ERP software and services firm focused on industrial distributors and manufacturers. Prior to CompuSystems, Mr Pietri worked in the voice processing software industry for Innovative Technology and Call Response Automation.

    Mr. Pietri holds a B.A., cum laude, in English from Duke University and, while working full-time for CompuSystems, he earned his M.B.A. from the two-year Executive MBA Program at the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University, graduating first in his class. He is also a CFA charterholder. Mr. Pietri is an advisory board member of the Healthcare Advisory Board for the Partnership for NYC.process consulting while working for innovative Technology and CompuSystems.
