The Boise Angel Alliance is an angel investment group founded by the Boise Metro Economic Development Council, the Office of Science & Technology and various volunteers at Boise, Idaho in 2004. Members of the Boise Angel Alliance are accredited investors in accordance to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States. Accredited investors can be banks; any private business development company; any organization; any director, executive officer, or general partner of the investment organization; any natural person who has an individual or joint net worth of at least $1 million; any natural person who has an individual annual income of at least $200,000 or a joint annual income of at least $300,000; any trust with a total asset of at least $5 million; or any organization or body whose members are accredited investors. Members should also have prior experience on angel investment or other form of investments, due diligence process, investment framework and mentoring entrepreneurs, or are interested in learning everything about angel investment. They should also be willing to share and develop their network of contacts in various fields and industries. It is also imperative that the members are active in participating in the investment group's events and activities.
Those who are interested to become member investors of the Boise Angel Alliance can accomplish and submit an Investor Registration Form available online.
