The Angels' Forum (TAF), a highly exclusive group of 25 private investors, focuses on consumer, health care, and technology-based industries. TAF provides seed capital funds to early-stage companies as well as second-round and third-round investment to their list of portfolio companies. Typical amount of investment ranges from $100,000 to $1M for seed financing while funding for portfolio companies can reach up to $3M. Upon undergoing due diligence process, agreement is made between TAF and the start-up companies that an LLC entity shall be the initial structure of the business for easier corporate management and protection of the investors' privacy.
