Entrepreneurs in return are given expert advice to aid them in planning and marketing strategies. Once a start-up company had successfully passed the due diligence process, entrepreneurs must submit monthly and annual financial reports on the status of the business. One Robin Hood member also takes a seat in the company's Board of Directors and supports the entrepreneur in deal structuring, debt and equity decisions, legal and accounting support, and building a strong management team.

Typical seed investment ranges from $250,000 up to $500,000 and if a company needs more than $500,000 to administer its operations, Robin Hood Ventures is willing to co-invest with venture capitalist firms and other angel investment groups within its network.

To date, Robin Hood Ventures had invested in 12 companies since 1999. This list of portfolio companies include Bioconnect Systems, Ultratouch, Synova Healthcare, E-Tech Solutions, Paradigm Spine, Preclick, Protez Pharmaceuticals, Power Medical Interventions, and Intellifit.
