More importantly, the group looks for companies with a strategically formulated business plan with significant market dominance, a strong and experienced management team, a viable exit strategy, openness to mentoring and counseling, a pre-money company valuation justifiable to the investment funding and a marketing plan that can generate $5 to $100 million of revenues in a given year.

After screening the applications, any company that would meet the investment group's criteria will be requested to submit a formal application. Added information, supporting documents and an interview may also be requested from the candidate company. If the company passes through the screening, a business presentation shall be scheduled. Business presentations normally take place on the group's monthly meetings.
